We have installed a NoiseAware noise monitoring. This tamper-proof monitor is used to measure decibel levels (noise levels) within the home. It does NOT record or monitor conversations, it is simply used to track how loud it is at a given time. The exterior is also subject to surveillance.

As a valued AirBnB guest, your safety has always been, and remains, our number one priority. From the onset of the coronavirus, we have introduced additional deep cleaning measures to increase the sanitation of our homes. On top of our current cleans, we have introduced registered disinfectants listed on the EPA’s disinfectant list to wipe down additional high contact areas inside the home. Check-in/Check-out:
• Check-in is anytime after 4 PM.
• Check-out is by 11 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.

No Smoking:
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please use designated outdoor areas only.

No Pets:
• We love animals, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the property.

No Parties or Events:
• Please respect our quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Loud music or disruptive behavior is not allowed.

Maximum Occupancy:
• The house accommodates up to 6 guests. No additional guests without prior approval.

Cleanliness:
• Please treat the house as your own. We kindly ask you to leave it in a tidy condition.
• Take out the trash and load the dishwasher before you leave.

Damage:
• You will be responsible for any damages caused during your stay. Please report any issues
immediately.

Parking:
• If applicable, please use the designated parking space. Be mindful of neighbors and avoid blocking driveways.

Security:
• Ensure all doors and windows are locked when you leave the property.

Children:
• If traveling with children, please supervise them at all times, especially around stairs, balconies, and other potentially dangerous areas.
