The Space:
This newly renovated house is in great condition and offers plenty of amenities for a family or small group. The back yard w/picnic table sits in a private setting off of Academy Street. It is all fully air - conditioned. The first floor contains a kitchen, separate dining room area (eat in living room), cozy living room w/50" Flat Screen TV and a full bathroom off the kitchen, and the master bedroom with a queen size bed. The second floor has 2 separate sleeping areas each with a desk, dresser, tv, nightstand and full bed. Washer/dryer in the basement. 40-50" flat screen TV's in all bed rooms. The house is equipped with the High Speed Internet 500 mbps and Direct TV with over 145+ channels!

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive 95% refund (5% credit card processing fee applies). Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the check-in date.

Wilbur Park pool, just 4-5 minutes walk away, $3 per person at entrance - 1 Wilber Park Drive, Oneonta, NY 13820

Main Street is a short walk away with an abundance of restaurants and nightlife, gives STRIKEOUT an advantage over many different vacation rentals. You will have the access yet far enough away from the "downtown noise".

STRIKEOUT is centrally located between both baseball camps.
