Welcome to our fantastic 4 bedroom home located in Cheltenham. Beautifully presented throughout, this self catering home benefits from an open plan fully equipped kitchen / lounge / diner with patio doors leading out to the garden which has its own outdoor dining area and small play area for children. Spread over 3 floors there are 4 bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests and one stunning 4-piece bathroom with feature roll top bath.

On the ground floor is a spacious hallway leading to a generous open plan kitchen / lounge / diner. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table for up to 6 guests and a comfy lounge area with flat screen TV.
On the first floor are 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom accommodating a double bed for two guests with plenty of built in wardrobes, second bedroom has a double bed with more built in wardrobes which can accommodate 1 guest and there is third bedroom with a single bed. There is also a main bathroom with a separate bath and shower.
On the lower ground floor is a fourth bedroom for 2 guests with a double bed.
Outside to the rear has a garden for guests to enjoy which has outdoor furniture and a small play area for children.
Parking is located on the street in front of the property - day permits can be ordered and purchased in advance prior to your stay for £5 per car per day.
Wi-Fi is complimentary and available to use throughout your stay.
The home has everything you need for a self contained experience. Keys to the property are located in the key safe box and the code for this is released prior to your arrival.
Our kitchen comes fully equipped with every necessary kitchen appliance you should need for your stay. We also include complimentary tea, coffee and sugar. Please note we do not supply salt & pepper or any other kitchen cooking oils, if you require any of these prior to arrival please let us know so we can get this arranged for you.
We also supply all linen for all beds along with mattress and pillow protectors. There will be a bath and hand towel per guest along with bath/shower mats in each bathroom. Toilet roll is also provided along with a selection of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap in the bathrooms. In the kitchen we provide a tea towel.
We provide complimentary housekeeping services for stays longer than 7 nights. If you require additional items or housekeeping services for stays shorter than 7 nights please contact us for availability and pricing.
Our check in and out times are listed on the property information. Where we can we do try to accommodate early check ins, we generally will be able to let you know on the day if we can do this and will update you as soon as the apartment is available. If you wish for a later check out please contact us directly for pricing and availability.
- This home is strictly No Smoking - this includes the outside space. Guests who wish to smoke must do this away from the property on the street outside.
- In addition to Air bnb's 'Air Cover' policy a damage deposit of £250 will be required to be paid prior to your check in via bank transfer. Details of this will be sent to you when you book. For our overseas guests a payment request will be sent via Air bnb before your stay. Deposits will be sent back quickly after your check out once the property has been inspected in the same way they are paid to us.
- Pets are allowed at a charge of £10 per day per pet. Please notify us of any furry animals when you book please.
- Every effort will be made to give you the most comfortable stay possible. If you do have any issues or concerns please let us know when you check in so we can help resolve these as quickly as possible for you.
- Out of respect for the nearby neighbourhood No parties or Events can be hosted at the property by any guests. Also noise should be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.
- Please take shoes off on any carpeted areas.
- Please ensure all waste and rubbish is placed in the bins provided.
If a guest breaks any of the above rules then a charge may be made against their deposit.
