Welcome to our stylish 3 bedroom period home located in popular Fairview which is located to the North East of Cheltenham Town Centre.
With accommodation for up to 6 guests this self catering home the perfect location for your trip. Whether you a looking for short Cotswold family break, corporate or business stay or just a well needed get-together with friends this home is the perfect choice for you.
Via it's own private front door and located on a fairly quiet road of mostly victorian terraced houses this home offers the following space:
On the ground floor a hallway leads to the main family bathroom (no shower) and then through to a beautiful open plan fully equipped kitchen / lounge diner with a dining table for up to 6 guests, comfy sofa and wall mounted flat screen TV. At the rear of the house via the kitchen and still on the ground floor is the main Master Bedroom which has its own private shower room and can comfortably accommodate 2 guests.
Upstairs, the first floor, has two more double bedrooms that can sleep a further 4 guests along with separate nursery bedroom with cot, and changing station for families with babies or toddlers.
The kitchen is well equipped and has a modern fridge freezer with ice maker in the freezer, feature RangeMaster style cooker and gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine and a kettle, toaster and microwave.
All the bedrooms have a double bed and clothes storage.
We can provide complimentary permit parking for street parking in the area for up to 2 cars.
Free Wi-Fi is available to use throughout your stay.
Please note: There is no rear garden or outside space at this property.
The home has everything you need for a self contained experience. Keys to the property are located in the key safe box and the code for this is released prior to your arrival.
We will always be quick to respond to any questions or queries. We've set up the house for flexible and convenient self check in.
- We are privileged to be looking after this home whilst the homeowners are overseas.
- We welcome pets for an additional £20 per day per pet.
- We also include complimentary sachets of tea, coffee, sugar along with Nespresso Style coffee pods. Please note we do not supply salt & pepper or any other cooking basics such as oil, milk etc. if you require any of these prior to arrival please let us know so we can get this arranged for you.
- Crisp, white bed linen is provided along with 2 pillows per guest.
- 1 bath and hand towel per guest along with bath/shower mats in each bathroom.
- Shower gel, hand soap and hand & body lotion is available in each bathroom. Toilet roll is also provided.
- We provide complimentary housekeeping services for stays longer then 7 night. If you require additional items or housekeeping services for stays shorter then 7 nights please contact us for availability and pricing.
- Our check in and out times are listed on the property information. Where we can we do try to accommodate early check ins, we generally will be able to let you know on the day if we can do this and will update you as soon as the apartment is available. If you wish for a later check out please contact us directly for pricing and availability.
- There is only one shower in this property, located in the Main ensuite bedroom on the ground floor
- There is no garden or outside space offered with this property.
- Please take shoes off in carpeted areas.
