A beautiful home located close to the Town Centre and famous Pittville Park that offers 5 double bedrooms over 4 floors with 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, comfy lounge and courtyard garden.
A stunning 5 bedroom 4 bathroom regency town house located in Central Cheltenham.
This property is split over 4 floors and features 5 bedrooms, all with double beds that can accommodate up to 10 guests. This house is perfect for hosting well needed get-togethers or celebrations.
As you enter on the ground floor you will find yourself in the hallway. Off the hallway is a separate lounge area which has enough seating for up to 6 people. At the back of the house is a fully equipped kitchen which has an island and breakfast bar that can seat 5 guests. To the rear of the kitchen is a toilet and utility area with a washing machine and a tumble dryer and also has a door that leads out to a patio garden with outside seating for up to 6 guests.
If you take the stairs down to the lower ground floor you'll find 2 double bedrooms and a modern bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms here has its own SMART 43" TV.
On the first floor, there are the 2 main bedrooms which both have their own en suite showers. One of these also has a SMART 43" TV.
On the top floor, the final bedroom has its own en-suite shower. All bedrooms come fully furnished with bed side tables, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe or hanging pole to hang your clothes. All bedrooms feature double beds with crisp white linen.
The nearest car park is the NCP Brewery that is £18 per 24hrs via their mobile app.
Wi-Fi is complimentary and available to use throughout your stay.
The home has everything you need for a self contained experience. Keys to the property are located in the key safe box and the code for this is released prior to your arrival.

Cheltenham's large park, Pittville Park is a 5 min stroll through Clarence Square which is home to The Historic Pump Rooms which date back to the 17th Century. The famous Regency District of Montpellier is a 10 min walk and Cheltenham's Race Course is 0.9 miles away, or an 18 min walk.
Our home comes with Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV which enables you to watch Netflix and other online services in the lounge and also in 2 of the bedrooms.
We also supply all linen for the 5 double beds, along with mattress and pillow protectors. There will be a bath and hand towel per guest along with bath /shower mats in each bathroom. Toilet roll is also provided. In the kitchen we provide a tea towel.
We provide complimentary housekeeping services for stays longer than 7 nights. If you require additional items or housekeeping services for stays shorter than 7 nights please contact us for availability and pricing.
Our check in and out times are listed on the property information. Where we can we do try to accommodate early check ins, we generally will be able to let you know on the day if we can do this and will update you as soon as the apartment is available.
