Welcome to our stunning and contemporary 2 bed 2 bathroom self catering mews home for up to 4 guests located on a quiet and peaceful side road in Lansdown, in the heart of Regency Cheltenham.
Fully Furnished and equipped this self catering home offers the following accommodation: Private entrance leading to a stylish open plan kitchen lounge diner with sofa and TV with Amazon Fire Stick to watch your streaming channels and catch up TV, a dining table for up to 4 guests and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, washing machine along with a microwave and toaster too. The sink has a tap for instant boiling water.
Also downstairs is the second bedroom which has a double bed and its own private en suite shower room.
Upstairs is a stunning Master suite with King sized bed, exposed beams and its own free standing bath and separate WC. The Master bedroom also has bifolding doors that open up onto a private terrace too.
Please note: The Master suite upstairs is connected to the main living area downstairs via a wooden stair case which doesn't have a dividing doorway creating a complete open plan feel between the 2 floors.
Our home has everything you need for a self contained experience. Keys to the property are located in the key safe box and the code for this is released prior to your arrival.

Lansdown Terrace Lane is a quiet lane in the centre of Lansdown and many of Cheltenham best bars and restaurants are a short walk away.
Cheltenham Ladies College is a 7 minute walk.

Cheltenham Town Centre is a 15 minute walk.
Pittville Park is a 30 minute walk.

We do welcome pets but do charge £15 per day per pet to cover the extra cleaning that is sometimes required.
Parking: We offer complimentary resident parking permits for street parking in the area. There is a space directly outside the house and another car should always find space on the street. Prior to your stay we will request your vehicle registration number so we can add your car to the digital permit scheme.
Our kitchen comes fully equipped with every necessary kitchen appliance you should need for your stay. We also include complimentary tea, coffee and sugar . Please note we do not supply salt & pepper or any other cooking basics such as cooking oils, however, if you require any of these prior to arrival please let us know so we can get this arranged for you.
The home comes with complimentary Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV which enables you to access your own streaming accounts via an Amazon Fire Stick. Please note - the TV is not connected to an analogue Ariel and live TV can be watched only through catch up streaming services.
We supply all linen for both double beds along with mattress and pillow protectors. There will be a bath and hand towel per guest along with bath /shower mats in each bathroom. Toilet roll is also provided along with shower gel, shampoo & face / body cream. In the kitchen we provide a tea towel.
We provide complimentary housekeeping services for stays longer then 7 nights. If you require additional items or housekeeping services for stays shorter then 7 nights please contact us for availability and pricing.
Our check in and out times are listed on the property information. Where we can we do try to accommodate early check ins, we generally will be able to let you know on the day if we can do this and will update you as soon as the apartment is available. If you wish for a later check out please contact us directly for pricing and availability.
