Spanish mid-century 2022 renovated home in the heart of Los Angeles. A perfect home for a family vacation or a dream getaway for a group of friends. Backyard has been designed for entertainment space and unwind. Boho designer inspired furnishing and well thought out layout allows for a premier stay. Great location to be close to all the Los Angeles attractions while tucked away in quiet suburb neighborhood. Backyard fully fenced, 5 minutes to Sofi, 13 minutes to LAX, 7 minutes to Forum
The space
Welcome to our house to relax after a long day of exploring the city in the beautifully landscaped backyard, complete with outdoor seating and a BBQ grill.
BED ARRANGEMENTS:
• Bedroom 1: 1 King bed
• Bedroom 2: 1 Single bed, 1 floor mattress
• Bedroom 3: 2 Double beds, 1 floor mattress
• Bedroom 4: 1 Queen bed
• Additional: 1 couch

• 10 minutes: LAX, Staples Center, Downtown LA
• 20 minutes: Venice Beach, Manhattan/Hermosa Beach
• 30 minutes: Universal Studios, Disneyland, Santa Monica, Hollywood
• 45 minutes: Newport Beach

Guest have access to the whole house, self-check in and check out. Parking garage in the back, next to the backyard . Beautiful spacious back yard with multiple siting area. BBQ in back yard.
Other things to note
-Home has mobile AC units
-Parking on street in front of the house is first come first serve, and you can find a lot of parking spots. It is not allowed to park in front of the house 10pm to 6am. You should park on 74th street after 10:00pm- the intersection right next to the house. You can also park in the garage behind the house by accessing the alley from 74th st. There is 1 garage with 2 parking spots.
-*Please also note that our house neighborhood is best described as up-and-coming in a diverse urban settings. The house is safe and secure ( under camera surveillance 24/7) and it is good if you are comfortable with urban living. If you are not comfortable living in a diverse neighborhood, this house maybe not for you.
- Please note that we no longer refill propane tank due to our house keeper no longer doing this. You can take the empty tank and go to home depot very close to the house and have it refill. Note they will charge more if you don't have an empty tank.
Please remember this is a home and not a hotel. We ask that you treat the space with care. If any problem arises, we will do our best to take action ASAP.
