Our Container 10 Beach House is a one-of-a-kind getaway, crafted from repurposed shipping containers and a steel frame.

This listing features the Moon Studio Suite, one of three independent and spacious accommodations. Each suite is fully equipped for a relaxing stay.

Located just a 3-minute stroll from Manguinhos' most captivating beach, our property offers the perfect blend of modern design and prime coastal living.

The suite is prepared for 2 (two) adults, with the option of adding 1 (one) extra futon/mattress with bedding for a child under 12 years old, totaling 3 (three) people. (Additional fee for the 3rd guest)

The SUITE-STUDIO has:

● Queen-size bed with complete bed and bath linens, as well as soap and shampoo;

● Air conditioning;

● Image Projector ("TV") for Movie Nights;

● Ceiling fan;

● Balcony;

● Full private kitchen within the suite, with refrigerator, microwave, 2-burner stove and utensils;

● Wine cellar;

● Full bathroom with shower, toilet paper and hot water;

● Shared outdoor shower in the front garden of the property;

● 2 beach chairs available to take to the beach;

● Self-check-in via mobile app;

● Electronic lock with unique password;

● Unit voltage: 110V.

The location is just a few meters from the beach, accessible via Rua da Castanheira or Rua Desbravamento da Selva.

For your convenience, we provide a hairdryer and iron upon request.

► There is no garage space, but guests usually park on the street in front and around.

► We do not offer breakfast.

► Pets are not allowed.

► Smoking is not allowed inside the suite. For this purpose there is the balcony.

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation: The GUEST may cancel the reservation without charge up to 7 (seven) days after making the online reservation.

Cancellation with Reduced Fee: Between 7 days or more before the check-in date, the GUEST may cancel with a 50% refund of the total reservation value.

Full Fee Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date will not be refunded.

In case of cancellation by the LANDLORD, the full value of the reservation will be fully refunded to the GUEST.

Reservations made in person are non-refundable.

Important Information

By making a reservation, the guest agrees to all the information in the listing. It is necessary to fill in and send the following data after confirming the reservation:

● Full name;

● CPF or PASSPORT;

● Date of birth;

● Photo of official document.

Entry to the unit occurs by sending the data of ALL guests for registration. Please pay attention to the messages after confirming the reservation.

According to Federal Law 8.069/1990 (Child and Adolescent Statute - ECA), in its article 82, it is established that:

“It is forbidden to accommodate a child or adolescent in a hotel, motel, boarding house or similar establishment, unless authorized or accompanied by their parents or guardian.”

Guests access the property via self check-in and an exclusive external staircase.

In addition to the private studio suite, guests have access to shared common areas, such as a foyer and a front garden with an outdoor shower.

For the most part, the host is on the property and may occasionally interact with guests.
