At the end of a long driveway, you will find our home that is unfussy and comfortable without any pretensions.
This family friendly home is located on the banks of the stunning Lake Eildon at Bonnie Doon. Enjoy a relaxing holiday in country Victoria.
The home offers a large, covered deck which captors the majestic water and mountain views. You will simply spend your time enjoying the great outdoors on the water or just chillaxing on the spacious deck with a book in hand. The winter months you can enjoy the views of the snowed capped mountains of Mount Buller and the warmth of the indoor fire.
The original double brick home offers an open plan living space with enough room for the extended family to gather.

The house is suitable for a MAXIMUM OF 8 ADULTS AND 2 CHILDREN IN TOTAL. The house is not suitable for any type of event.
NUMBER OF GUESTS
Please ensure you advise us of the correct number of guests (adults and children) that will be staying at the property at all times. Guests must not exceed the maximum number of guests the property sleeps at any time.
Note: The 2 single bunk beds are for 12 years and under (strictly no adults).
All bookings must be registered to an adult over the age of 21. Please advise the correct number of guests (adults and children) upon booking. The guest, in whose name the booking is made, must be present at the property for the full duration of their stay.
STRICTLY NO PETS, MOTORBIKES, CARAVANS, CAMPING OR OPEN FIRES ALLOWED AT ANYTIME.
CHECK IN
Check in is from 3pm on your arrival date. No early check-ins will be accepted without prior approval. Due to changeovers early check ins cannot be confirmed until 48 hours prior to arrival.
CHECK OUT
Checkout time is strictly 10am. Prior to your departure from the property please ensure the dishwasher has been emptied, bins have been removed, all doors and windows are securely closed and locked up and air conditioners and fans are turned off. It is your responsibility to ensure the house is secure upon your departure. Please clean the BBQ (an additional charge if left in an unclean state).
In the event the property is left in an excessively dirty or untidy state, an additional payment will be charged over a standard clean. We ask our guests to kindly respect our properties and treat them as if they were their own.
If a Guest contracts a transmittable virus whilst occupying the property, the guest will be liable for all costs of extra cleaning as required.
BINS
Please only dispose of rubbish in the external property bin you are staying in. Please use the correct bin for the correct type of rubbish. The red lid bins are for general waste and yellow lid bin is for recycling ONLY. Please do not leave excessive rubbish at the property otherwise an additional fee will be charged.
SMOKING
Smoking is NOT permitted inside the property. Please dispose of all butts responsibly.
PETS
STRICTLY no pets.
INJURY
The property owner or host will not be responsible for any injury suffered to any guest, or visitors of a guest.
EQUIPMENT & APPLIANCE BREAKDOWNS
Electrical appliances and A/C systems can and do occasionally break down or cease working. We are located in a remote area and parts can sometimes be delayed, or a technician is not available to inspect straight away. Please report any breakdown as soon as you can. Whilst every effort will be made to repair these items as soon as we can, no guarantee of their availability or serviceability for the duration of a stay is given. No refund or reduction in the rate will be granted should any electrical appliance or machine fail during your stay. We will not be held responsible for works or excessive noises near the accommodation.
ANTS AND BUGS
Please respect our environment and understand that we cannot fully eradicate ants and other insects from the area. Insects are most active during the Spring and Summer months, and we cannot be held responsible should you encounter any during your stay. To keep them to a minimum please ensure windows and doors are closed, bins are emptied frequently, and food is always kept stored away.
