This beautiful, quiet apt is located on a lovely street just a short stroll away from Richmond. There are many restaurants, bars and cafes a few minutes walk away. With many design features, the property is a tranquil oasis in the heart of East Twickenham. With a shared garden to relax in, you can have the best of both worlds as this property is conveniently located for trips into central London. It is also very close to Richmond riverside for scenic riverside walks. This is a gem of a property.
The space
Situated in one of the most sought-after areas, this property boasts unbeatable convenience. Situated just 300m away from the historic Richmond high street, surrounded by a plethora of trendy cafes, top-notch restaurants, charming boutiques, and beautiful river sidewalks that start just outside the door. Recently renovated Victorian Maisonette ground-floor apartment Featuring open plan living, ensuite bathroom, and access to the well-kept front and back garden areas.--
The Living/Dining Room--
The living/dining room is bright and spacious. It is beautifully decorated with comfort in mind so you can relax on the sink-in sofa in front of the TV, or enjoy a nice meal at the dining table.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need for your stay, including high end appliances.

The bedroom includes a double bed and a beautiful en suite bathroom, with a stone bathtub.

You will have access to the whole property, as well as the communal front and back gardens. The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.

Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. We will try to accommodate requests for early check in or late check out where possible. There is usually a £30 charge for this.
£100 will be applied for late checkout, unless arranged in advance with our guest services team. Please note that a fee of £60 will be charged for call out if you forget the keys inside the property.
This property is in a quiet, residential area so parties and excessive noise will not be tolerated.
Important: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.
The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card.
During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus transaction fee) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
