This classic 1931 cottage has been renovated by SOLOMON a local boutique hotel design studio. Keeping its 1930’s charm it is upgraded for todays comfort and appointed with local artisanal amenities, health and eco minded products so your stay is a special Leucadia infused experience.

The cottage features 2 bedrooms with custom queen mattresses produced especially for “The Encinitas Tea Company” by Sterns and Foster , each room has a smart TV for art viewing and entertainment and speedy WiFi. The bathroom is appointed with ETC guest robes, eco friendly bamboo towels and green tea infused shower amenities. All available for purchase as mementos of your stay .

Step inside to discover a calm, sunlit living space featuring modern amenities and stylish designer decor.. The kitchen is equipped with contemporary appliances and all the essentials for culinary creations. The glassware and dishes were produced by our local artists for ETC and are available for orders upon request.
