As this is a new listing, we’ve taken great care to provide everything necessary for your comfort and enjoyment. * Parties: No unregistered guests or parties without prior permission.
* Pets: Up to 2 dogs under 75lbs allowed. Must be kept off of furniture at all times and any messes inside or out must be cleaned and disinfected immediately. If anything is left for the cleaners to take care of there will be an additional fee of $200.
* Smoking: No smoking inside the house. When smoking outside, please ensure you’re away from open windows and doors to prevent smoke from entering the house.
* Hot Tub: Please shower before using the hot tub and always cover it when not in use. No glass items near the hot tub.
* Trash and Recycling: Please dispose of trash and recyclables in the designated bins by the front gate. Do not leave trash or food outside as it can attract wildlife.
* Check-out Procedures: Before check-out, please ensure all dishes are washed, and any lights, appliances, and air conditioning are turned off. Please lock all doors and lock and close the front gate when you are leaving.
* Fire Safety: Never leave the fireplace, fire pit, or any candles unattended. Ensure they are completely extinguished after use and please always remember to turn off the knob on the tank.
* Neighbors: Please be mindful of noise levels and maintain respect for the local community and neighbors.
* Energy Conservation: Please turn off lights, AC/heating, and other electrical appliances when not in use.
