Here you will find a spacious first floor, 2-bedroom flat, that accumulates lots of natural light through the number of windows, but if you are more a fan of a darker space there are fitted blinds in each window so you can create that cosy feel.
It features a separate kitchen that includes all you could need to whip up a delicious, home cooked meal, a fridge freezer and washing machine as well as a dining table suitable for 4 people which easily compresses down to allow for more room.
The newly fitted bathroom has included hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash so no need to bring your own!
The airy lounge has plenty of space to get cosy while watching the 40” HD Smart TV with Netflix included and Wi-Fi to go along with the desk and chair provided in the office (which doubles up as a dressing table with a mirror and hairdryer should you want to make use of the skylight in there, meaning the lighting is fantastic).
One bedroom has a cosy double bed while the other can be a super king or twin bedroom should you need it.
Although there is no allocated parking for this property there is on street parking available all along the road.

Right next to junction 6 on the M3 and just a 12-minute walk to the Basingstoke train station this flat is a great location if you are needing to commute, and London Waterloo is just a 45-minute direct train ride away.
Festival place shopping centre is a 10-minute walk and has a large range of big brand stores including but not limited to H&M, Next, Primark, Fat face as well as over 20 eateries such as Wagamama, Nando’s, Las Iguanas, Pizza express and more.
