- Hot Tub is open year round and the pool is open from Memorial Day weekend- October 1.
- Smart TVs have streaming apps like Netflix, etc. Feel free to log into your accounts.
- Though pest control services the home at least once a month, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors. We promptly remove them if notified. We strive to keep the house clean and have monthly pest control measures in place.
- NO SMOKING INDOORS. A violation will incur a $500 fine. If you or any member of your group wish to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts in the trash bin.
- The pool/hot tub is serviced once a week during summer. Hot tub is serviced one a week year round. Service techs will enter using the backyard gate/driveway.
- Yard maintenance is completed once a week.
- There are 4 security cameras: one at the front door, 2 in the backayrd and another at the front gate. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house.
- Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancelation of the reservation with no refund to the guest and loss of any security deposit.
Guests are expected to comply with these rules to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone. Our house rules are in place to ensure that all guests can have a pleasant and safe experience during their stay. Failure to comply with these rules will result in your reservation being cancelled and you being asked to leave the property. Host May or May not ask for your ID upon arrival at Host discretion.
The house rules for this VRBO property are as follows:
1. REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY: No Unauthorized Visitors. Please refrain from inviting guests who are not included in your reservation. For security reasons, only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Guests should indicate the number of guests at the time of booking. 10 GUESTS MAXIMUM ON THE PROPERTY! NO EXCEPTIONS! **Please be sure to add the correct number of guests on the reservation. If it is incorrect, you can submit a Change Reservation to update** (Any Unauthorized or Unregistered guests/visitors will be charged $50/person per day AND an additional $100/person per night if the Unauthorized/Unregistered visitor stays overnight)
2. NO parties, NO events, or gatherings. NO EXCEPTIONS! (per City Ordinance)
3. NO 3RD PARTY BOOKING: Booking guest MUST stay at the Womack House all nights of the reservation. Only Booking guest can check-in. NO EXCEPTIONS!
4. NO SMOKING: Our property is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, patios, and within close proximity to the house. This includes vaping, e-cigarettes, hookah, etc. If guests need to smoke, they can do so outside in the backyard. Cigarette butts should not be thrown in the grass area to prevent fires. **$500 fee will be added to your stay if smoking is detected in the property**
5. NO DRUGS OR ANY ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE: We have a strict no-drug policy. The use, possession, or distribution of any illegal substance is strictly prohibited. Please respect our commitment to maintaining a drug-free environment.
6. NO LOUD MUSIC and NO NOISE between 10pm-7am. Guests should not play loud music or have live music to comply with the noise ordinance by the Colony Police Department Noise Ordinance Section 6-192.
7. NO Gathering In Front of the HOUSE past sunset. For the comfort and privacy of our neighbors, please avoid lingering or sitting in front of the house after dusk. We want to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for everyone in the neighborhood.
8. NO PETS. Pets are NOT allowed in the property. NO EXCEPTIONS!
9. FURNITURE: Guests should not move any of the furniture.
10. CAMERAS: Guests should not touch, cover or disable the exterior cameras (4 total) on the property. They are installed for everyone's safety.
11. Garbage is only picked up on Thursdays by the city. Please bring cans to the street on Wednesday evening so it can be picked up at 7 am Thursday morning.
**VRBO AGE REQUIREMENT: The minimum age requirement to book our property is 21yrs old and older**
**POOL & HOT TUB RULES**
No Running, No Diving, No animals, No Food, and No glass bottles or containers are allowed in the pool. All children should be supervised and ensure toddlers wear swim diapers. Guests should never swim alone and should not play around the drains or the covers. No jumping from Hot Tub/Spa to the Pool.
The pool IS NOT heated.

Please note that there will be a replacement cost for any missing items, and items that have been damaged including stained, broken, tampered with or ripped during your stay.
