Nestled on the banks of Kananook Creek, this home offers stunning, uninterrupted water views and across the road from the award-winning Seaford beach, situated on the Creek where you can watch the ducks and wildlife animals in your back yard. Bring your own Canoe and paddle all the way to Frankston beach. Frankston CBD and train station is a short drive away.
As you enter the home, you are welcomed into a spacious living area, perfect for unwinding and relaxing in front of the TV.
The ground floor also features two well-appointed bedrooms, accommodating up to nine guests. For added convenience, there is a third bathroom / laundry room with a shower, washing machine, ironing facilities, and a separate toilet which are located on this level.
Step out onto the charming deck and enjoy your morning coffee overlooking a large grassy yard, ideal for hosting memorable gatherings or enjoying quiet moments of reflection. Relax in this serene natural oasis, with the gentle sounds of the nearby creek providing a calming backdrop.

Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire full linen set for $30 per bed which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.
Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).
Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom which includes a bathmat and hand towel.
Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.
If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing. For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours' notice as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.
We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.
