As part of a larger home (guest suite), the unit has its own entrance at the back. Inside, there's a queen bed, sofa, coffee table, and TV, with an optional twin floor mattress available. Conveniently located 20-25 minutes from San Diego's top attractions, it's an ideal retreat for relaxation and exploration.

The thermostat is usually set to around 70°F. If you'd like to adjust the temperature, feel free to message me, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. We kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours and maintain noise levels that are considerate of other occupants in the home.

Parking for the studio is on the street. There's usually plenty of street parking.

Access the unit by taking the right side gate and taking the external stairs to the balcony. The large balcony is for your exclusive use. Please park on the street (not the driveway)
