The holiday home is beautifully located in the Moselle valley above Wolf near Traben-Trabach in an absolutely residential area. On the ground floor from the street you can reach the kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and the beautiful large living and dining area with an adjacent outdoor terrace. The holiday home itself is embedded in a 1200 square meter property with a terraced garden area. We bought it in December 2018 and have since renovated it very thoroughly: All floors have been fitted with new tiles, the bedrooms each have solid real parquet, as well as the bathroom with shower and the guest toilet have been newly tiled and furnished and, last but not least, a beautiful new fitted kitchen . The property itself is divided into three terraced garden parts, two of which are available to you. In particular, the fireplace in the lower part of the garden, equipped with chairs and a new table, invites you to dream, have a barbecue and enjoy Mosel wine. The house had stood for several years now and therefore the garden was quite overgrown, so that not everything could be restored to the way it would be in the planned final stage. But the garden and green spaces already look fantastic, at least to us.
