The space
This home was built by my family generations ago. The tree out front was planted 90+ years ago in honor of my father's birth.

There are three bedrooms on the second floor. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, work desk, hanging chair, and en-suite bathroom with a large shower. The Green bedroom has a queen bed with a hall bath. The Twin Room has two twin beds with a hall bathroom. The second-floor hall bath has a long cast iron tub with a shower and marble floors.

A peaceful wrap-around porch on the first floor has a dining table, porch swing, and two rocking chairs. It is accessible from the mudroom, dining room, and living room. The TV room has a large TV, games, and art supplies. The first-floor designer bathroom has a shower.

The well-equipped kitchen is spacious and light-filled.
