The crown jewel of this property is the rooftop deck that has everything you need for your entertainment and relaxion needs! The BBQ island incudes a fridge, sink, dishwasher and stool seating to wow your guests with your flair with the grill. There's an outdoor seating corner with views of the ocean or lounge seating to relax and work on your tan. The outdoor dining area is an amazing place to enjoy your meals and can be shaded using the provided umbrella.

An exceptional floor plan greets you as you step inside, where soaring ceilings showcase elegant multi-level living. This short term rental boasts an entrance level with three separate living room seating areas, an elevated dining area and a kitchen that boasts top-of-the-line appliances. This gourmet suite is a treat with zoned prep and dining spaces including breakfast bar and center island. The vivid blue cabinets show off a nautical inspiration met with contemporary sophistication, making meal prep visual pleasure as well as efficient. One level above you'll find the main bedroom and two additional bedrooms. All three of these bedrooms have their own private balcony, ensuring that you and your guests savor an indulgent retreat. One level down from the entry level you'll find an additional bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom and an additional living room area that doubles as a 5th bedroom. A large beautiful sandy beach is located just across the street a few minutes’ walk away. A stroll further north leads you to the famous Venice Beach or continue a bit further north and you'll reach Santa Monica and its famous Pier. We have bikes you can borrow to enjoy the ride up the beach!

Following booking we verify identity to ensure we're hosting the person who has booked.

Pets are only allowed if disclosed in advance. We need to know the type and number of pets before confirming. There will likely be a small additional pet fee to cover additional cleaning costs.

Fireplaces can only be used for longer term stays. If you want to use fireplaces for shorter stays, please ask for permissions and note there will be a small additional cleaning fee charged at the end of your stay.

Events (gatherings of any type) must be disclosed to us in advance for permission, generally we don't allow events but might consider small ones.

Smoking is allowed only outside away from open doors and windows. If we need to remove the scent of smoking inside the property we will charge an extra cleaning fee for the cost and time required to do so.

Please avoid being TOO LOUD outside, especially after 9pm, our relationship with our neighbors is very important to us!
