(2 large rooms, 1 standard size room, with office desk, & 1 smaller kids room).
Master Suite (Bedroom 1) is very large and connects to Master Bath privately. Enjoy the Spa-like experience with salts and oils to choose from for your bath or shower.
- 2.5 baths
(Spa-Tub & Walk-in shower in Master with private access through Master Bedroom, Tub with shower in 2nd bathroom, & a half bath in hallway).
All toilets have bidets (front and rear nozzle options).
All bathrooms have in-mirror lighting with customizable options.
Bed availability:
- Master bedroom has Cal King
- Bedroom 2 has a Queen
- Bedroom 3 has a Queen
- Bedroom 4 has a Triple Twin bunk (3 twin beds)
- Laundry room has 2 Queen Air Mattresses available for placement wherever convenient.
- Living Room red Italian leather couch can accommodate 1-2 people on opposite ends, as it is pretty long and cushions are deep
- Living Room beige couch can accommodate a smaller person lengthwise and is comfy too, but both seats on it recline pretty far back for those that like sleeping somewhat upright. So will fit 2 if reclined sleeping.
Same applies for the 2 blue leather seats in living room.
For the Kids:
- 3 Twin bunk beds in Bedroom 4 as above.
- 2 High Chairs for feeding
- 1 portable crib, adjustable heights
- 1 pack n play with travel small crib and changing pad
- Assorted kids kitchenware
- Some board/card games appropriate for kids
- Xbox One console in Living Room, please sign in under your own accounts
- 2 Indoor Ring cameras can be set up under your own Ring accounts to monitor children or pets while at house or away since they can be set up with WiFi access.

Property is a 1 acre lot with only neighbors on one side and vacant lots on the 2 other sides. The remaining side is the street-facing front, but house is set back behind long driveway and the garden in front.
