The apartment is located in a small neighbourhood near the popular Zell am See with its beautiful Zellersee, where you can swim, go boating or pedal boating in summer. The ski bus stop is just 100 metres from the apartment, taking you to the famous Zell am See-Kaprun ski area with the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area. You can ski there almost all year round
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
