NO SMOKING. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, including the garage. If you must smoke during your stay, please do so outside by stepping out the front door or using the patio deck. Please dispose of all cigarette butts responsibly.
PARKING. Parking is limited to designated spaces: one vehicle in the garage, one in front of the garage, and up to two additional vehicles in the shared parking area at the entrance. Please do not park on the street or block other vehicles.
QUIET HOURS. Please be respectful of our neighbors by observing quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. This helps maintain the family-friendly atmosphere of our community.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. To ensure the comfort and safety of the neighborhood, parties or large gatherings are not allowed. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
NO SKI GEAR INSIDE. For the protection of the floors, please remove ski boots before entering the home. A designated area is provided in the garage for storing boots and other ski or outdoor equipment gear.
TRASH & RECYCLING. Please dispose of all trash and recycling in the designated bins located in the garage. Help us maintain cleanliness by ensuring all waste is properly sorted.
PETS. This property is pet-friendly. Please only bring the number of pets you reported at booking, and ensure they are well-behaved, supervised, and never left unattended inside unless kenneled.
We kindly request that pets be kept off the furniture. If you're concerned your pet might jump on the couch when unsupervised, please use the provided pet blanket to cover the furniture. This helps protect our furnishings while ensuring your pet's comfort.
