This four-bedroom property can accommodate up to eight people. The covered terrace, facing south towards the mountains, is a great place to eat or unwind in beautiful surroundings. It’s ideal for convivial moments outdoors.

Inside, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. There are two living rooms: one with a sofa and TV, and the other with a fireplace offering a stunning view. The fully equipped kitchen features a large table for sharing meals. Central heating ensures optimal comfort year-round. The bedrooms and bathrooms are designed to provide comfort and privacy: two bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers, another bedroom with two single beds and its own private bathroom with toilet. A fourth bedroom has a double bed. There is also an additional bathroom with a shower and separate toilet. Pets are allowed on request.

The village of Guchan offers an exceptional setting with plenty of outdoor activities. There is a pétanque court on-site and a leisure park with lakes just 600 meters away. Saint-Lary-Soulan ski slopes are a 10-minute drive, perfect for winter sports enthusiasts. Nearby, the Néouvielle Nature Reserve offers stunning hiking trails.
