The air conditioning didn’t work in two out of the three rooms. The wifi did not work and the modem they referred to near the microwave did not exist. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. Tables and surfaces had not been wiped there were crumbs on them and rubbish on the floor. The tea and coffee stand was not replenished and missing sugar. The towels were not fully replenished - there were no face washer towels. When I called airkeeper to raise the issues they asked me to take photos and videos and send. I did all that, and then no response. I have to re-forward the emails and no response. Eventually the following day I got a response that simply said the cleaners said the air conditioner is working and they resent the wifi user name and password - which again, was non-existent. I asked them to call me I resent emails and no resolution. The weather was warm, we did not sleep properly with no air conditioner. We had to clean the surfaces. We’d pull out mugs and plates to use and they were dirty so had to wash dishes before we used them. We were unable to use the internet and because the caves coastal villa area has limited phone and internet reception in general, we couldn’t use our mobiles or connect our laptops to our mobiles to do work, and therefore had to drive out of the property to do work. This defeated the purpose of having a holiday property as we couldn’t use it, rest in it, be comfortable in it or sleep in it.
