First Floor features an open concept floor plan. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances with quartz countertops and is fully stocked with everything you need. Coffee maker is a Keurig duo with a regular pot or K-cup option.

Out back you will find your entertaining and dining space with a Weber Charcoal grill and a 20x 10 saltwater pool . The pool can be heated by request for a fee. There are pool alarms in place on the sliding glass doors for safety of our guest with young children. There is also a fenced in grass yard for the kids to play!

King bedroom & bath
Second floor features 3 bedrooms. 2 king bedrooms and a bunk room with 4 queens. This floor also has its own living room .
Bunk rooms have a shower/tun combo and King rooms have a walk in shower. All rooms have access to oversized porch.

Third floor features the master bedroom with a tub and separate shower. The second bunk room with 4 queen over queen bunks.

Walking distance or short drive to 30A Avenues shopping.Tons of restaurants and the famous Donut Hole is all right there!
