Welcome to Park City Cove at Sun Peak, a spacious and inviting multi-level townhome offering making it the ideal getaway for families or groups seeking a 30-day minimum rental.
Conveniently situated 1.5 miles from Kimball Junction and Canyons Village at Park City, our townhome provides quick access to shopping, restaurants, and grocery options and more. The world-renowned skiing at Canyons Village is just around the corner, while Old Town Park City and Historic Main Street are a short 5-mile drive away. Enjoy skiing in the winter and hiking or biking in the summer.
This delightful mountain retreat provides 2,574 square feet of living space with 4 bedrooms and 2.5-bathroom to comfortably sleep 11 guests.
You will access the home through the garage and just a few steps down to the 2nd/main level living area, that is open and bright, and a perfect gathering space for the entire group.
Living Room:
Step into the welcoming living room adorned with mountain décor and furnishings. Enjoy the cozy ambiance provided by the gas-assist fireplace while unwinding in front of the 55” Samsung Smart TV equipped with a soundbar and cable. Access the deck for outdoor dining and a gas BBQ, extending the living space into the refreshing mountain air.
Kitchen:
The spacious kitchen features granite countertops, a center island, and stainless-steel appliances. Culinary enthusiasts will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen, including a Viking 4-burner gas range with a center griddle. The center island with bar seating for 3 adds a touch of luxury and convenience.
Dining Area:
Adjacent to the kitchen and surrounded by windows, the wood dining table, lit by an antler chandelier, comfortably seats up to nine. Enjoy the ambiance and considerate design that seamlessly connects the dining area to outdoor spaces.
Bedrooms / Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom (3rd level): Experience mountain living in the vaulted-ceiling master bedroom with a new king bed, Samsung TV with cable, and en suite bathroom. The private bathroom offers a large walk-in closet, a vanity with two sinks, a soothing jetted tub and a shower. Step onto the small balcony for peaceful mountain views.
Bedroom 2 (1st level): A king bed, closet space, and access to a full shared bathroom make this bedroom a comfortable retreat.
Bedroom 3 (1st level): Featuring a queen bed, closet space, and access to a full shared bathroom.
Loft Bedroom 4 (4th level) – Twin over full bunk beds and twin over twin bunk beds.
Additional Bathrooms: A full shared bathroom with a stone counter vanity and a separate tub/shower combo is located on the 1st level, while a half bath on the 2nd/main level adds convenience.
Outdoor Spaces: Enjoy outdoor living with a main-level deck equipped with a table and chairs for dining, as well as a propane gas BBQ. The master bedroom boasts a small balcony with a bistro table and 2 chairs.
Community Amenities: Take advantage of the community clubhouse with a pool and hot tub, open during the summer months.
Electronics: The master bedroom and the living room feature Samsung TVs with cable for your entertainment.
