Located in a quiet, authentic hamlet within the family-friendly resort of Les Contamines Montjoie, the chalet sits at the crossroads of numerous activities. It is just a 5-minute drive from the ski lifts and 100 meters from the free shuttle stop, which takes you to the heart of the resort and the gondola lift. Les Contamines Montjoie is the snowiest resort in the Mont Blanc area!

Chalet des Ours, built in 2024, has been thoughtfully designed to meet your every need. It comprises two luxury apartments that are available for separate rental. If you are interested in renting the entire chalet, feel free to contact us!

The PETIT OURS apartment spans the entire ground floor of a new chalet, with a capacity for 4-6 people and an area of 60 square meters. This accommodation offers breathtaking views of the mountains and Mont Joly through large bay windows.

The apartment features a cozy living area with a warm lounge space, perfect for relaxing on a corner sofa (which doubles as a bed), as well as a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, and small appliances (kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, raclette set, etc.).

The sleeping area includes two bedrooms, a shower room, and a separate toilet.

Bedroom 1 has a 140x190 cm bed, a low cupboard, two wall lights with USB ports, and a wall-mounted TV.
Bedroom 2 offers two 70x190 cm beds that can be joined, a high cupboard, and two wall lights.
The apartment extends to a welcoming larch wood terrace with two lounge chairs, where you can take in the mountain scenery...whether it’s a sunset, snowfall, or even a glimpse of a bearded vulture!

As night falls, let yourself be enchanted by the variety of indoor and outdoor lighting, creating the ambiance of your dreams!

And the cherry on top? The neighboring field provides a wonderful sledding hill that will fill your days with laughter and joy, whether with family or friends.
