About this space
The entire group will have convenient access to all amenities from this well-situated location. Ideally positioned, it's just a 10-minute drive from both the airport and Downtown SLC. Additionally, the nearest ski resort is only half an hour away, and you'll find various restaurants, a gym, a park, a biking trail, and grocery stores just minutes away.
The space
There are two suites on site, each with their own private entrance, with the only shared space being the yard (front yard and back yard). This suite is on the ground level, with three bedrooms, two full bath, a kitchen, dining space, two living room, work space, and come with amenities such as washer dryer, bathroom and kitchen essentials. The yard have outdoor seatings and a grill for both suites to enjoy. There is access to the other suite in the basement but it will be locked on both side at all time during your stay.
Guest access
Guest will be able to access everywhere on ground level, there is no access to the basement since this is a separate suite. Garage is not accessible for parking

There are security cameras on site that’s turned on 24/7 (door bells and driveway)
The kitchen is stocked but if you need something or have suggestions, please let me know and I can try my best to provide it during your stay (if it’s within reasons) to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
The yard contain a variety of fruits (Plums, Apples, Pears). These trees are not sprayed with any chemical, so feel free to pick them during your stay if you would like!
