* At the time of your booking, you will be asked to clarify the bed configuration for your stay.

Blue Haven is 'your' private haven away from the hustle and bustle of life. The entire home is available for your enjoyment and relaxation.
Guests will be provided with a unique codes to access the electronic front door lock and main gate.

*Restricted access to the lock-up garage, rear shed and walk-in robe in the main bedroom.

Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided and further explained in the Guest Book.

Other things to note
* No Smoking or drugs permitted on site.
*No parties.
*No additional guests for overnight stays.
*Please keep the front gate closed during your stay for the safety of your family.

*As a fire safety precaution, do not charge e-scooters inside the studio.

* Please ensure all guests and your pet/s are included on your booking.
* For dogs- your pet is not to be left alone at the home for prolonged periods on short stays, and after a swim, rinse them at the beach shower, and ensure they are fully dry before going inside.
*Please BYO pet bedding and bowls.
*Please clean up after your pet 💩
*If your pet is known to ‘mark’ their territory, we firmly ask that you supervise your pet while it is inside.

* There is space to park a caravan AND a boat. If you require external power for charging outside of studio, please contact us and we will make provisions for this.
