The Space:
Sea Breeze is a family friendly, low maintenance, relaxed holiday home at its finest, only 280 metres to the Sorrento main street.

** Due to the strict Shire regulations, we don't accept any bookings for parties, functions, events or schoolies groups. We only rent to families or smaller mature groups.**

Sea Breeze Sorrento is a family friendly, low maintenance, relaxed holiday home at its finest! With only 280 metres to the Sorrento main street, you can leave your car at the house and walk to the shops or beaches.

The home is uniquely designed so that it's two houses in one, which is perfect for 2-3 families, or the extended family where the grandparents want their own space.

You enter at the ground floor level and it has everything you need - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living spaces and a kitchen, whilst another family can stay upstairs with 2 further bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and living room. Please note, we do not rent this out separately as it is one large house.

To further describe it, the downstairs lounge room is comfortable with a split system air con/heater and an open fire. The fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher and microwave), is open planned with another living room and a dining table with another split system air con/heater and ceiling fan. This leads outside to an area with the Weber BBQ and outdoor dining table.

One of the downstairs bathrooms has a corner bath in it, and the European laundry has a washing machine and clothes dryer. To make it easier, there is a portacot and highchair at the house.
The upstairs area has its own fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, microwave, bar fridge and coffee machine), a small dining table and living room with a split system air con/heater and ceiling fan, and that opens out to a deck where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful treed view. There's 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on this level.

There's Foxtel (including Sports and Movie packages) and Netflix in the TV's in the upstairs and downstairs living rooms, and also free WiFi.

There's plenty of areas inside and outside to have your own space and relax and unwind.

BEDROOM CONFIGURATION - 5 BEDROOMS - SLEEPS 12 PEOPLE

Master bedroom (upstairs) - king sized bed, walk through robe, ensuite, ceiling fan

2nd bedroom (upstairs) - 2 x king single bunks (ie this room sleeps 4), BIR, ceiling fan (shared use of ensuite)

3rd bedroom (downstairs) - king bed, TV

4th bedroom (downstairs) - queen bed, BIR

5th bedroom (downstairs) - king single bed and single trundle bed, BIR

We only rent to families or mature groups. Sorry, no schoolies.

PLEASE NOTE : the property is reasonably prices for 8 guests to enjoy to make it affordable for smaller groups. For 9 -12 guests there is a small additional charge of $50 per night to cover cleaning, linen and utilities. Please ensure your guest numbers are correct when booking to avoid confusion. LINEN AND BATH TOWELS ARE INCLUDED FOR ALL BOOKINGS

We have also provided a starter pack of toilet paper, soap, dishwasher tablets, bin liners, tea and sugar for your convenience. However, if your stay is longer you may need to bring or purchase more of these items.

ATTENTION SCHOOLIES - Please don't inquire. Any schoolies thinking they will use their parent's account to book will forfeit their booking on arrival, be refused entry and lose their total booking fee. ID will be required during 20th Nov - 10th Dec.

Pets : Maximum of 2 pets per stay.

Dogs are welcome inside, just not on the beds or furniture, and we kindly ask that you clean up any dog poop from the garden.
If your dog is anxious, a of jumper or and escape artist, then they might not be suited to this house as the cyclone fence on the southern side is only about 1.2m tall as are the side gates.
