Other details to note:
Please note there is a $35 per day fee to heat the pool. The pool can be heated for either your entire stay or not at all, and it will heat up to 20-25 degrees above ambient temperature. Typically, the pool is heated to 83-88°F, depending on the outside temperature. If you'd like the pool heated, please inform me prior to your arrival.

There is some cosmetic staining in the pool due to city water, but rest assured, this is not dirt—just a minor imperfection. The pool is professionally cleaned every MoOther details to notenday and Friday, though occasional debris may fall in between. If necessary, we are happy to provide complimentary pool cleaning during your stay.

Additionally, there is a tarp on the roof due to hurricane damage, and we are currently awaiting repairs. Thank you for your understanding!
