With 200ft of lake frontage, this 4bd/3ba offers a 2-tier boat dock (with an available slip), patio dining for your whole group, multiple grills for the grill-master, outdoor lounge area (with TV and fire pit), yard games, a wet-bar with an ice-maker, and a private kids quarters at the end of the hall. This newly remodeled home is perfect for entertaining any sized group!
This open concept kitchen is perfect for entertaining large groups! Equipped with a fully stocked Keurig coffee bar, 2 full-sized fridges, pantry, all utensils and seasonings, you will feel right at home. Indoor or outdoor, there is plenty of seating for everyone to dine together.
The patio is equipped with 3 different grills, a large dining table, bar-top seating, and a separate lounge area with a TV and propane fuel fire pit.
In the large backyard you will find different yard games and a traditional fire-pit with Adirondack chairs.
On the dock you will see an additional full-sized dining table, multiple loungers, a green "lily pad" in the water, additional floats, a roof-top fire pit (propane), and additional roof-top seating to watch the sunsets.
Guests also have access to the paddleboards and kayaks on the smaller dock.
Please note there is an additional room on the left side of the house behind the wet bar marked "private" that guests do not have access to.
There is also an Airstream on the side of the backyard that guests do not have access to, as-well-as any locked sheds or storage areas.
I am always available through the Airbnb messenger or by call/text.
Mostly quiet neighborhood, may hear others enjoying the lake.
5 mins to convenient store, 12 mins to grocery store/ restaurants.
There is parking for 5-6 inside the gate and another 1-2 outside. Please do not block any neighbors driveways.
** Make sure all vehicles are past the speed bumps to avoid the gate hitting it when it closes!
Boats and jet skis are not available to guests, however there is an additional boat slip on the dock that can be used.
There are local companies that deliver boat rentals (ask host for details if interested), and a boat ramp minutes away.
