Welcome to Blue Mesa 2 Unit Buyout, an AvantStay home!
The granddaddy of Mountain Village Core lodging, the Blue Mesa Lodge, and Condos offer centrally-located accommodations. This one-bedroom condo has two additional loft sleeping spaces with three bathrooms.
Guests will enter this two-level condo from the 4th-floor hallway (elevator access) through the #40B doors. Upon entering the residence, guests will be welcomed into a large living space open to a kitchen and dining area. The living room has a sofa sleeper, TV with VCR and DVD player, and a balcony with views of the plaza below and San Sofia Ridge beyond. A full kitchen with stainless steel appliances offers seating for four at the breakfast bar, while the adjacent dining room has seating for six. A bathroom is located on this level and has a walk-in shower. Up the spiral stairs is a loft with a queen bed and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
In the attached unit, there is a sitting area, a nook with a queen bed, a TV with a VCR and DVD player, and a kitchenette on the main floor. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Spiral stairs lead up to the loft, which has two twin beds (recommended for children).
All AvantStay guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities.

- Please note that 2 of the bedrooms do not have doors and therefore cannot be considered private.
- There is no A/C at this property.
- Please note: the fireplace is inoperable.
- The complex offers a common laundry room and ski lockers for each unit.
- The ski runs are less than 100 feet from the building, making this unit ski-in/ski-out.
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates.
- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.
- Please note that the golf course is members-only, and guests do not have access to it.
Parking Details:
This condo has one parking space in the Blue Mesa parking garage. Additional parking is available at the intercept lot for $25.00 per night.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
