This newly constructed home has every amenity your family can imagine and is sure to be a favorite among all of your guests! From the open and spacious rooms, the hardwood floors, and the beautiful beamed ceilings that greet you upon entering, Azalea Abbey will make you feel right at home. The large kitchen and indoor and outdoor dining spaces give you multiple options for gathering. Families will also enjoy the bonus 3rd-floor area for relaxing. There's even a view of the Gulf from the top deck! Enjoy a short stroll to The Surfing Deer, Seagrove Village Market, Cowgirl Kitchen, and more when you book this home for your next Beach Getaway. When you are in Seagrove Beach, you are arguably "in the middle of it all". Seaside, WaterColor, and Grayton are just a mile or two to the west, while the planned communities of WaterSound, Alys Beach, and Rosemary Beach are a few miles east. Not that you need to go anywhere, of course, as Seagrove is home to a wonderfully diverse assortment of restaurants, shops, and other local businesses, all of which are just a short stroll or bike-ride away. Most homes in Seagrove are either tucked away beneath stately oak trees or overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Please note that the elevator is not available for guest use. - Neighboring home undergoing construction (lots of dust and some noise). - Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. - The maximum number of vehicles which can park on-site: 3 Parking Details: - A maximum of 3 vehicles can park onsite. - On-street parking is prohibited. Please limit all parking of vehicles, trailers, RVs, etc to the space available on the property. - Failure to comply could result in a warning or towing. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud. Walton County TDT Registration Number: 23930 Beach Gear Credit: AvantStay has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach gear delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to our guests! Guests with reservations of 2 to 14 nights at participating AvantStay properties will receive a credit towards beach gear rentals during your stay. The credit amount will vary based on your booking. You may use your credit for bicycles, chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, boogie boards, and more - the choice is yours! Once you’ve made your reservation at one of our participating properties, be on the lookout for an email from VayK Gear to make your gear selection. If you reach the credit limit, you can still add additional items priced at their exclusive, discounted rates. To keep your vacation stress-free, your gear will be delivered to your rental property on the day you arrive and will be picked up the day you depart. PLEASE NOTE: From mid-spring to early fall, beach gear inventory - especially bicycles - are in high demand and may be limited. We recommend reserving your gear as early as possible. *Credit is applicable to guest reservations of 2 to 14 nights only. There is no cash value if the credit is not used.
