Stay away. Spend a few more dollars and stay down the street

The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful, the stay left something to be desired, however for the price it was fine.

The hotel was rundown, the breakfast was poor, not hot and very little other than cereal and a muffin.

Filthy hotel with terrible smell throughout. Mold in the bathroom. Minimal to no breakfast. It is unbelievable how the owner is getting away with this after charging normal rates and providing such an unhygienic accommodation. Wouldn’t stay there even if they pay me to stay there. State needs to investigate.

Property was disappointing, room was dirty . Door to the room was broken at one point not fixed properly,, shower was not clean

The property was in disrepair and filthy. The pictures on line do not reflect the current condition and I felt like I was misled. It was so bad that we did not stay and we were lucky to be able to get a room at the double tree nearby.

We ended up leaving after one night to stay at another hotel. The front of the building is tore up like the ceiling fell off the front awning. There are doors off the hinges all over the reception area. When we got to our room we found items all over the floor (hair ties, dirt, etc). The ceiling over our bed was patched over but looked to be caving in again. When we went to take a shower the tub was full of mold and mildew. My wife opened a drawer in the room and it had used tissues. It was clear our room hadn’t been cleaned in a while. When I went to the desk the next morning the receptionist didn’t ask any questions she took my card and waived goodbye with no questions when I went to try to get things addressed.

Our room smelled like 50 people smoked a pack of cigarettes and a Roach was seen. Never again!

Very old, outdated hotel with pealing walls and worn out carpets. If you just need to sleep then sure get a room here. Take a dip in the green pool closed since the "covid cooties" plandemic. Enjoy a stale bowl of cornflakes while you trip up the stairs. Oh and the outside door doesn't lock...good luck! Hey look someone drove through the front of the hotel! Quick cover it up with the quality inn banner!

Bathroom looked like it was patched up. Shower was dirty. Bed had blanket with dirty stains on it. Overpriced for the stay experience

Dirty. Back door to building didn’t have a working lock so anyone could enter the building. Place needs to be gutted and re-done.

Pool closed, breakfast was sad, trash bags everywhere that needed to be collected, lobby bathroom had puddle of toilet water. Just seems like there is no pride in the establishment even though it has potential. Front desk staff was friendly though.

This property appears to be for a transient population. People were hanging outside of the entrance and on balconies vaping and smoking. The facility was dirty and in disrepair. The pool was black. The toilet in the lobby overflowed when my sister used it. The room was basic at best. Again, old and worn out. This is the first time I’ve ever refused to stay in a hotel. We went to the front desk and asked for a refund. The poor desk clerk had heard the same from others she checked in that afternoon. She was exasperated but very courteous and understanding.

The carpets were wet and there were stains on the couch, and mold on the shower curtain.

The hotel/motel was run down, not properly cleaned and smelled. Other occupants were smoking in and out of rooms. I cracked door open then immediately went to reception to get full refund. I was told i should see refund in 7-10 business days. If they charge me one penny I will be going to corporate.

Area good but hotel condition poor plus has a skunk odor in hallway plus people seemed like they lived there or something.

If you are looking for a no-frills, close to highway place to stay, this is it. It is clean and quiet. My room was spacious but decor is a little tired. But of course, if you want fancy, you may have to pay fancy.

Stayed here two nights for an event. The building is falling apart, the doors did not seem to lock securely and the mattresses were not even slightly comfortable. For the price I did not expect a 5 star hotel, but to be in a room that smelled disgusting and had stains all over we felt we greatly overpaid. The carpeting on the emergency steps was falling apart which made it very easy to fall if in a rush, and the main doors had no security. Anybody was able to run in and out of the hotel at any point. Our room did not have a coffee maker and we were not provided with any sheets for the pull out couch without asking. When asked, we were not provided with pillows. The “mattress” on the pull out couch was about a quarter inch thick and covered in stains. The whole place felt filthy and unsafe. The facility should be shut down for renovations before allowing more guests to stay under the impression that it is a decent hotel.

Start with expensive for the conditions of the property,dirty,outdated need to step up and upgrade,people smoking on the property alleys the smell on the rooms bad a d too many things that i would need more space to describe them

Given that this was an all suite hotel, I expected a bit more. The rooms were dated and needed repair. Walls were stained and we found bed bugs. The pool and fitness rooms were all permanently closed. We did not stay the night.

I will never stay there again, building looked like it was falling apart, they advertise having breakfast with waffles and other things and what they had was warm yogurt, moldy muffins, bruised bananas and bread to toast, the desk clerk never even put out utensils for the warm yogurt and no waffles, he was very rude and sat in the lobby on the sofa playing on his cell phone, i wouldnt let them pay me to stay there again much less pay them over $200 for 1 night, definitely the worst $220 ive spent in a long time

On the positive side, the size of the room for what you pay is great. It is actually a suite. large bathroom, double queen beds, the living area was more then adequate. Overall the cleanliness of the room itself was fine. The shower had some spots that indicated age more than dirtiness to me. The shower pressure wasn't great but was tolerable. The water got plenty hot. The water didn't really come far out of the faucet though leaving to to stick close to the wall to get all the water. Most of the wallpaper was stapled onto the wall. Considering the price, everything inside the room was more then fair. The rest of the hotel though needs to be fixed. There is an outside door to the courtyard area that is broken allowing anyone access. There is garbage all over the courtyard area. The included breakfast was yogurt in a small refrigerator, white bread to toast, two kinds of dry cereal but not bowls and that was it. The staff was nice. For a short trip on a budget the place was adequate. However I don't think I'd like to stay much longer then a day or two, which is a shame consider the room size is so good.

The place is run down and no locks on the door to get in the building

Locks didnt work. Some Lights out, refrig. Warm, tv low quality, a/c leaking, breakfast juices unpluggel

The hotel looked like it needed a lots of maintenance and cleaning overall. My room had a bath tub that needed to be cleaned, small lamp didn't have a switch to turn it on or off, wall had a hole where the handle of the door had been smashed into it. Frame on the mirror busted and not safe. Stained on the roof and side of the bed noisy. Last but not least the room was not cleaned at all when I was there, I requested to have it cleaned, needed toilet paper an clean towels but they didn't do it.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES STAY IN THIS HOTEL, IT IS DISGUSTING, NOT SAFE. DOOR KNOBS OFF DOORS, HOLES IN WALLS, SMOKE DETECTORS DETACHED. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!

The size of suite was good the bed comfortable. The room itself dirty found kids toys and a portable charger there were ants, stuck dried up food, what looked like red marker stains on couch, and a lot of things were broke cabinets dresser dishwasher looked like it was on its last leg. The steps was broke an accident waiting to happen. There was a random piece of wood outside just leaning up against wall. Trash all over the lawn. Ive stayed at this location when it was the sunrise suites very clean rooms were great now it is trash literally trash. For the amount of money you have to pay it should reflect that.

Disappointed! We came and our room smelled like someone was smoking in it. The entire suite smelled like smoke. They offered us a downgraded room which we did not want. Besides for that we realized our fridge was broken. They told us the maintenance guy left and there's nothing we can do. We can use the employee fridge downstairs. It was extremely inconvenient and not what we expected from them. We asked for a discount and THEY DID NOT GIVE ANY MONEY BACK. The manager said that since we paid through expedia they don't have our credit card and there is nothing he can do to help us. The furniture and chairs were dusty and old.

Never in my life have I stayed in a hotel this dirty or run down. Only 1 of the 2 A/Cs worked, tvs were out dated and kept showing no signal, WiFi didn’t work, no half and half, no juice, broken vending machine that ate money, booked a king room, got 2 double beds and a filthy bathroom that I cleaned upon arrival. If we weren’t crunched for time, we would have NEVER stayed here after seeing the room. However, we decided missing part of the wedding we came to town for was more important. We were proven wrong when we came back from the reception and realized the AC, TV AND WI-FI DIDN’T WORK and there is NOTHING available to drink even via purchase. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
