2. Given the extended time required for cleaning, we cannot accommodate early check in or late check out.
3. Pls park your cars properly in the driveway or garage and don't block the walkway. No street parking 9am-12pm on Mon.
4. Pls take off shoes prior to entering into the house.
5. Pls put trash bags to trash bins outside the house and don't leave trash in rooms, garage or front/backyard.
6. OUR HOME STRICTLY PROHIBIT THESE BEHAVIORS:
(1) Any Smoking/vaping in particular marijuana inside and outside the house.
(2) Any parties, events, large group gathering (max 12 including visitors), loud music or interference. There is a noise detector to detect excessive noise (in the backyard only).
(3) Unregistered guests.
You will be asked to leave the house immediately without a refund if there is a violation.
7. No pet is allowed.
8. No lighting candles, aromatherapy or other open fire in the house.
9. We are not responsible for any accident, injury, disease, or loss of luggage or other belongings during your stay.
10. Pls report any property damage on timely manner.
