The property is just 2.5 miles from Godshill, a quintessentially English village with rows of thatched cottages and pretty pathways leading past country pubs and up to a medieval church. Visit the Model Village or pick up some local produce in the independently owned village shops. The traditional seaside towns of Ventnor (5 miles) and Shanklin (7 miles) are each just a short drive away and located on the coast with pretty beaches to explore. The Isle of Wight’s unique microclimate makes this a wonderful destination for beach holidays, and you can walk between both towns on the Isle of Wight Coast Path, come rain or shine. Also made for sunny seaside days, the family attraction of Blackgang Chine is just 4 miles away.
