The room was clean

Never saw a human staff member. Doors left unlocked after cleaning. Amenities outside were not as advertised. People coming in and out loudly all night. No food anywhere.

Facility didn’t offer breakfast, but we ate at the restaurant next door. Food was very good and it was right on the River. I would definitely come back and recommend to others. It is a beautiful location.

I don’t mind that’s it’s a bit farther to Yellowstone entrance. It’s quiet. I felt safe and it’s far enough that it’s not crowded when we were there. Sheets, bathroom are clean. The place is cute!

I like the place don’t get me wrong. I only have 2 things to say. 1. Maybe they forgot to remove the previous trash underneath the sink, coz the rest of the trash cans was clean. Please vacuum underneath the bed and back of night table. Its a tiny room and it was seriously dusty. 2. The bathtub hot water faucet was seriously, I mean seriously have a low pressure that it took a long time to take a shower. I didn’t tell the desk anymore during our stay coz it looks like the lodge was full and we have no where to change place. So we suck it in! Anyways I hope they fix it. Other that that it was ok.

There was no breakfast. Location was fine.

Wall to wall carpeting was dirty with a number of large stains throughout.

Breakfast wasn’t available because it was end of season.

No table in room

This was a perfect location! The checkin process was super easy! We had booked a room but decided we wanted a cabin when we arrived. We called the office, and they were happy to switch us over without a hitch. We were in within 5 minutes. Everything was lovely including the view, the amenities, cleanliness, staff friendliness, and easy access to Yellowstone and the Tetons! We loved it.

Quick response. Clean cabin. Comfortable bed.

Cleaning staff only provided one bath towel.

I wish food continental breakfast came with. There wasn't near by options for eating breakfast.

bugs in the bathroom, the TV was to far away from the bed part of the room. Hard to hear and watch that way.

Very clean. Updated. Great location and easy to find.

It would be the perfect place for a couple but I had three children with me. The room was crowded. Not very much room for our things in the bedroom. The bathroom was a nice size though.

We didn't actually get breakfast. But that's ok.

Nice location out on its own

Room a bit dark and would of been nice to have seen a member of staff instead of a note even if only to say hi.
