Lokalizacja idealna jak chodzi o wyjścia w góry czy narty w sezonie. Strefa relaksu (baseny, sauny etc.) bardzo rozbudowana, z wieloma udogodnieniami (wiele rodzajów saun, jacuzzi, basen zewnętrzny, bania), co sprawia, że korzystanie jest komfortowe nawet przy dużej ilości gości hotelowych. Komunikacja z personelem bardzo dobra, obsługa pomocna i bezproblemowa.

By uzyskać ideał zmieniłbym dostawcę kawy i trochę poprawił temat śniadań (dodanie lepszego podgrzewania dań gorących czy zmiana dostawców niektórych składników, ale to może być kwestia przyzwyczajenia do pewnego rodzaju potraw, bo wszystko było świeże).

The wellness and massage was good. The location was super , next to the slopes. Free parking, and a ski rental shop in the hotel for a reliable price.

The beds were hard , bad to sleep on it. After a few complains still no other matras . So on the end we asked for a extra blankets to put on the matras to sleep better. Small room. For a wellness residence, there was a bad shower. Hard to adjust. The staff and employees seems were not looking experienced, they didn't know how to serve people in the restaurant and deal problems at the reception. The employees in the restaurant didn't know the basic rules to treat a guest. Sometimes they put their arms front of your face and took the plates from you without asking. Waitress and the cooks at the breakfast didn't had any mood to work, and they showed out really well. They were walking around the restaurant and took plates and cutlery without permission or any ask. As a four star hotel they need to know the basic rules, but we was treated there as in a local family restaurant where nobody knows nothing, maybe even less. The employees at the reception have not so much language experience, they prefer to speak Slovak and if you don't speak really well in that language they almost laugh in to your face.

The wifi access sometimes worked, sometimes not. It was not obvious how to connect via smartphone and some type of phones it did not really work or need to reconnect too often.
