The security screen was jammed, the bathroom doors were not aligned properly

We had 2 rooms which suited us well. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen had good equipment.
Bathroom a little small but clean and a good shower.
Overall stay was good.
On arrival one room had not been cleaned from previous tenants. Manager organised cleaners to fix and they did a good job.
The lounge bed did not work in the other room (sign stuck on wall) so could not sleep 3 which had been booked. Moved to another room which was fine but should have been provided first.
Lower part of the fridge did not work (freezer was OK!).

Presentation of the room was fantastic though the microwave made a horrible squealing noise and I had a light out in the bathroom.

Property was clean and the beds were comfortable
The location was questionable. Accomodation was in a locked compound. We didn’t feel safe. The property is original 1960’s and due for a refurb.

the property had a beautiful tropical vibe and the staff were absolutely wonderful. my friend and i received the best customer service by the amazing receptionist and it was overall the most down to earth and customer focused hotel I’ve been to

Nice pool and BBQ area
Room was spacious and comfortable
Close to local shops and convenient to bus
Unfortunately my phone credit card and photo ID were stolen from y room on the first night of my 3 night stay
Staff were not very empathetic or helpful, luckily a long term resident was amazingly kind and helpful, lending me their phone so I could call and report theft, and stop card and phone hack

Perfect location central to everything. Coconut Grove apartments are welcoming to all pets as well, we were able to stay with our dog. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Friendly staff, great price for an upgraded room. Rooms clean. Close to local shops.
Too noisy, cigarette smoke easily wafting into our room due to the door not closing properly. Paid Washing machine does not always spin properly, leaving clothes soaking wet.

Everything noisy spew at my door step didn't get correct room and still paid full price for room. Didn't get safe number to collect key asked someone that stayed there couldn't contact noone at office I also selected pay at sight but they took my money out of my account
