Desayuno excelente y cena buena. Hotel con buenos servicios y parking gratuito en la puerta. Transfer gratuito a pistas y guardaesquíes. Habitación amplia. Personal muy amable.
Por decir algo, las habitaciones quizás no estén a la altura de un 4 estrellas. Son cómodas, amplias y limpias, pero no les vendría mal una renovación y mejorar la insonorización.

Staff were very friendly and so welcoming and helpful.
Pool and jacuzzi although could do with a decor upgrade were such a lovely facility to have the use of. Roto breakfast area and outdoor area so lovely. Beautiful furniture pieces and old ski photos around the hotel. Nice size bathroom. Great selection of food for breakfast.
Rooms a little dated but comfy beds.

this is the first time we stayed at this hotel since it was taken over by the liberty group …we have stayed at least 5 times previously …we like the location
we didn’t like the fact that we we in a very noisy ground floor room. we were told that one of the occupants above was hard of hearing and hence this is why it was so noisy?? …we asked to be moved but we’re told there were no other rooms …we checked to see if we could book other rooms and we could via booking.Com so not sure this was true
the restaurant seems to have been sold separately to the hotel .
if you don’t eat fried food ie a cooked breakfast, kids cereals or white bread then you may want to reconsider your hotel choice….
also as we had a ground floor room with no outside space we were really shocked to learn that we could not sit on the terrace (considered park of the restaurant as opposed to the hotel) unless we bought a drink ….despite the terrace being full of friends of the staff ?? strange
the sauna is no longer operational …disappointing in a ski hotel
it is such a shame as the abba formigal (it’s previous name) was our family favourite ski hotel …
…looks like we have to find somewhere else for next year

Room was spacious with an excellent bathroom. View from balcony was stunning. There was lots of parking in front of the hotel and the Roto restaurant attached to the hotel was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Large noisy school group in the same hotel. Room smelt of smoke when we arrived but we got used to it. The wooden flooring in the room was in need of some attention especially outside the bathroom door.

Bed was comfortable and nice breakfast buffet.
Room was hot and bedding was more appropriate for winter months. Room smelt stale. Not much information provided on summer activities, such as hiking trails. This was the most expensive of the hotel's we stayed in during our time in the Pyrenees and was the one we least enjoyed.

I think our expectations were very high, we stayed in a room with two small windows, I was surprised that there was no air-conditioning in the rooms (but I don't think I researched properly, because in the room information flyer it said that no room had). On the first day of the stay we tried to order room service, two hamburgers and a cheese sandwich at 21:25 and we were told it would take 1:30 to arrive, we agreed, but at 22hs when the kitchen closes, I was informed that the could not be delivered because they had few cookers and those who remained didn't know how to prepare the order? Dinner at the restaurant was no different, 30 minutes to be taken care of and almost 1h to been served ... Formigal and the surrounding area have amazing landscapes and everything to be joyful, just not this time.
