The location is good. If you have upper floor - you will have unobstructed mountain and valley view. The heating and shower works very good. It was very silent.

The room is super old, oldfashoined and super super small. Bed is old and non-comfortable. Outdoor plastic furniture and the balcony was very dirty. We paid for the mountain view but it absolutely doesn't match photos - we have got a view to big concrete panel. (photo included).

Very close to the city center. Decent breakfast.

There's no parking place for the hosts even though it is announced on the website. The hotel is not ready for handicapped access, nor for families with push chairs.

the staff were very friendly! that part really can't be faulted. and the hotel does look super beautiful from the outside, and the terrace at the back provides beautiful (and quiet!) views.

the whole hotel needs an update, which in itself doesn't necessarily mean anything bad. but given that we are living through a pandemic, it was unsettling to see none of the staff wear masks, and to see that none of the bedding was fresh. i know france well (even lived here for a while and speak the language fluently), so i know it is normal to simply put a loose cover under thick blankets. and that these blankets don't get washed between uses. however, during a pandemic this doesn't exactly give me lots of confidence that everything is clean and safe enough. it was clear that none of the blankets or bed throws had been freshly washed, and considering none of the staff had any kind of covid safekeeping (no hand sanitiser at reception, no glass screens, not even any signs acknolwedging the existence of covid-19...) and our towels had also not been cleaned properly - they were still more than damp when we arrived, i'm not going to return anytime soon sadly. the whole room was a tad dingy, which again, is fine if you're not paying a lot of money. but we paid £70 for a room that felt a lot more like a glorified hostel double room in London rather than a decent hotel in the Pyrenees.
