Location and view of the mountains

The balcony was beautiful and the view amazing but the access was dangerous. To get to the balcony there’s a steep step that was over one foot and the wooded step was shaky and no stable. Also the power points were quite difficult to access. I had to kneel down to plug in my socket and even forgot to pull out the adaptor cos i couldn’t see it was stuck behind.

Balcony with a nice view to the mountain; staff very helpful; good location next to the bus stop, restaurant/bar; free car park in front of the hotel.

Lack of a minibar and aircon/fan; door at the staircase: difficult access and a bit noisy.

Nicely renovated, clean, comfortable beds, superfriendly staff, nice restaurant, close to busstop and train. And only a short walk to Chamonix centre. We got one of few rooms with a small balcony with a view towards Mont Blanc.

Location right at the bus stop.

outdated carpet in the floor, lacking charm, very old and tiny tv not even smart tv which is norm nowadays and useful on rainy days
