This resort was a dream come true for my partner and I. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and stunning views. Our room was spacious and clean, and the balcony overlooked the sparkling Sea. The pool area was a favorite spot of ours, with plenty of loungers and umbrellas for shade. The food was delicious and varied, and we loved trying new dishes each day.

Fantastic facilities everything you would need. Rooms bright and clean with air con, beds very comfortable, reasonably priced. Pool bar served great food and drinks. Plenty of comfortable sun loungers on poolside and grassed areas. Staff really helpful with check in and breakfast/lunch. Would thoroughly recommend this accommodation.

Location very beautiful sea view. Food at the buffet restaurant was excellent. Room Terrace was excellent.

Beverages very poor quality with salty taste. Salt taste in water and juices and alcoholic drinks as it seems all mixed with salty water. Entertainment program not daily and very limited number of chairs. Beach with no toilet nor drinks and food nearby as part of all inclusive.

The only thing we liked is the fact that the beach is really nearby (if you room is on the front side).

Under no circumstances, one can call this a 5* hotel, at the best 3.5 (I can hardly imagine that Greek authorities gave a such rating, and if, it must have been many, many years ago). The hotel is completely overpriced + poor services. Facilities are outdated and definitely not up to 5* level, once you leave the lobby area, reality hits you hard (bar at the main pool is in a kind of storage, the other bar looks just very cheap, some camping are nicer). Swimming pools are very small, no swimming possible (anyway the hotel is overcrowded...). Main restaurant feels like a canteen, food is very basic, no particular effort made, hardly any Feta on the Greek salad... My daughter and I got a food poisoning, and we were not the only ones... Very poor services, no effort is done to make this a 5*, most likely it's all profit-driven, the opposite of sophistication one would expect from a 5* and in particular the money paid. Family-targeting hotel but there is nearly nothing offered for kids. Evening show: well, the only other hotel at this isolated beach takes care of it, very loud music until 11.00pm. Sunbeds very cheap/old. Fortunately, we went to Mitsis Faliraki afterwards, a real 5* star, that saved our holidays.

Food was good in main buffet. Staff were helpful. Refurbished sea view deluxe rooms in bock 5 were nice.

All incl drinks were very bad - all soft drinks so weak - all tasted like fizzy water. Photos are deceptive - lots of pool are decoration only. Main pool is too small for number of people - can’t move as so many inflatables. Not enough sun beds. Hardly no entertainment at night. Nowhere nice to sit at night unless you pay for drinks in the main bar - lots of people sitting on sun beds!

Staff were amazing. The three thematic restaurants were super, food of a really good quality . You can book each restaurant once for the duration of your stay. Get in fast though as they book out. The pool bar was fine, had one lunch option daily. The alternative canteen style restaurant was grand and filled the gap . The Calypso Bar needs complete refurbishment. I would avoid if possible. The loud music was a little off putting at night- not ideal if looking for something a little more relaxing. I would recommend a walk to the beach as it is very convenient. Overall, the staff made the trip. The room was cleaned to perfection every day. Hotel needs some touch ups but overall a good experience.

I would suggest that the pool bars need refurbishment. The toilet facilities were not ideal. I feel that the pictures made the hotel look better than it really is.

The staff are extremely helpful, friendly and kind. The swimming pools are great. Hotel manager exceeded expectations after my disappointment over our room, the room we ended up with was BEAUTIFUL, and then exceeded my expectations.

The images I'd seen when booking and the actual hotel website did not represent what I had booked at all. When asking for a kettle or bath plug it could be a half an hour or longer wait. I had booked a family room and it was not clean and the room itself was extremely basic not what is sold online. THAT said, the hotel manager was very helpful and got me to a room that I was happy with.

Great cleanliness, food selection was good, plenty of sunbeds, our swim up room was nice, great location.

bar staff were grumpy (apart from Maria), our beds were two single beds pushed together which kept sliding apart, entertainment could be better and some for adults, we struggled to book the al a carte restaurants as they were always busy.

The hotel was in a great location 2 mins walk from the beach. There are 6 pools to choose from one is an adult only and another with 6 slides. The food was ok but as with all inclusive hotels a little repetitive. apart from the main restaurant there were 3 others which need to be booked 24 hours in advance

when dining in the booked restaurants they will not allow you to take your drinks in with you and they charge you for their drinks which are fetched from the bar you get your free drinks from all day. There I are 3 bars 2 selling the local drinks and one where you have to purchase the drinks but these are premium drinks. the local drinks were cheap and nasty and I could not find anything to drink and resorted to buying a bottle from the supermarket down the road and add their soft drinks to it. The tiles around the pool areas are very slippy and it is an accident waiting to happen if it hasn’t already. there was a lack of entertainment from the animation team but it was the last week before they closed and I think they were already winding down.

The food was very good, personnel friendly and very good cleaning services. Good for families with kids that can already swim as the most fun for them are the water slides.

It was not clear when I booked it that I had to pay for drinks on a la carte restaurants and that we could only visit 1x per week each of the three. Although the buffet food was comparable or even better than a la carte restaurants. For younger kids the shallow pool is lacking slides and any any type of playground for young kids.

Everything. We requested a refund from Booking.com but we had no reply from either Booking.com or the actual hotel. There was ZERO social distancing in the hotel and there were no masks warn inside the reception.

It’s a huge hotel and the common toilets are limited. When you are in the restaurant you need to go to 2nd floor just like when you are in the swimming pool you need to go inside through the pool bar with 1 room for ladies and 1 room for men. The sound-absorbing of the walls are not good because you can hear the people talking from the hallway or vice-versa.

The pools and water slides were great, covid measures in place and well managed.

The evening meals were not as good. More sun beds needed for busy times.

when we arrived the hotel it was not all included as it is stated on booking and what we paid for. we asked to talk to the manager due to what was stated on booking was not true and he then told us that if we did not like it that we could turn around and go look for somewhere else to go. we then called booking and they said they were going to fix the problem but they did nothing and we had to end up staying in the hotel as we had no other place to go. first of all, the 3 a la carte restaurant they say they have do not exist it is an area they closed off by the pool in which they put tables and you need to pay for all the drinks even water. second of all the drinks they say are included are not, most of the drinks you must pay for and the ones that you do not need to pay for and bad and watered down and the all included they state they have finishes at 11pm. third of all, they do not have any lifeguards by any of the pools. fourth of all the rooms are very small, the beds all have a problem with them and when you ask them for something that act like they do not want to be there and that they are doing us a favour as if we are not paying for the hotel, and lastly the food at the buffet is very repetitive and food was not that good. Every time you walk past the reception someone would be complaining about something and asking for something to be done but the workers acted as if they did not work there. it is not a hotel i would recommend to anyone because the minimum you want on holiday is respect. the staff are very rude especially the manager. he should not be allowed to work with people or animals.
