I liked the french fries served at every meal of the day😂😂seriosly guys can you cook somwthing else the patatos??? I almost starved!! Thank God that are restsurants near by

Well i can write a book about this..but i ll keep it short..the furniture was awfull,the elevator was always busy, i was at the 9th floor. Food was awfull and recooked or reserved the other day or more..3 types of fruits everyday..2 types of salads served in the morning in the afternoon and dinner,one or 2 types of chees!! i had to stay in line for like 30 to 40 min to be able to get some food cause the restaurant is so small and then find an ampty table, animation was water polo every day from 11 to 12 and some music from 3 to 4 pm, rest of the day way silent, one animator looked like he was begging for money! Guys!!! Pay your staff good if you want quality! The waterslides are wonderfull but fix them cause i broke my pants and the lifeguard was closing them at 4 :25 cause the program was untill 4:30.the drinks were great black water was ment to be cola no sparkles anywere. My beds were broken, both of them, the towels were older then me, and i am 40😁.The shower was smaller then my ass... And i am underweight. I had a bad experience. I am disappointed. It was not worth the drive and the money! Thank you

The location was in the main entertainment district of Sunny Beach. The 2-room (NOT 2-bedroom!) apartment was spacious.

This is a very out-dated hotel in need of a serious updating. The mattresses were always sliding off the bed frames if you moved too much... just the furniture, door frames, beds, fridge, kitchenette were all old and need replacing. The elevators were very slow, which meant we had to take the stairs from time to time with our twin 5-year-olds. The all inclusive is just not worth staying at this hotel for. You're better off eating at restaurants. The soft drinks tasted like carbonated water - the cola was just brown soda water. Only 1 or 2 dishes from each meal tasted ok, the rest were not good. The coffee was also either instant or low quality. At snack time, even though they have published times for snacks, they are not always available. When they run out, you're told to wait, say, 10 minutes. Then when they put them out, a crowd of guests take them all, then there is nothing again for another length of time. And when we got a snack, they were cheap and awful tasting. Parking is just a few spots located on concrete and the rest is on grass. It's ok if it doesn't rain (which it didn't for us). And it looks like they have very few spots for the number of rooms they have. Before you consider choosing this hotel, look at other options first.

The fastest check in i have ever seen. Thanks to the manager and reception. The young guy and the manager were very helpful. The room was good with perfect view. The location is also great. There is also aqua park which is entertaining. The foods are also very tasty. It is my 8th visit in Sunny Beach and Hotel Iskar was the best. I will be back 😀.

Everything was perfect. Good food and drinks, location is close to the centre.

We had a 2 room apartment that was too small for 2 adults and 2 kids. Food was not so great and had a few incidents. Food program could be extended.

Food was dreadful. Beds unable to sleep in. Bedding didn't fit. I have contacted booking. Com with a list of complaints and still waiting on a response .

I wouldn't wish this hotel on anyone. Never stayed anywhere so bad

It was preety clean, close to the beach and it was mostly quiet.

I have found broken pieces of furniture and the friedge door was also broken. The tv was old and poor reception, also the wifi barely worked.

Rooms and balcony are big, there is also a kitchenette inside. Cocktails were wife's favorites. 😜 One over the other ... worth every penny.

The water in the sea is a little bit cold. 😀 Neighbors are sleeping at night and you can not even party after 24 hours. 😉

Swimming pools and location.

Uncomfortable beds. No corridor from lobby to pools area - when restaurant closed, had to walk outside around the building.

Good location in central Sunny Beach and close to the beach. Pool is nice when it is open. Staff at pool bar were very nice. Last minute booking cost much less than many other nearby resorts.

They close the pool at 6pm, which seems strangely early. Food and room were OK but not great. Some staff not very helpful. "All-inclusive" does not include wifi.

Excellent location, good food, the place was very clean and the animation team did a great job for both kids and adults.

The beds were old and extremely uncomfortable. The furniture was old and warn out. The elevator was often out of function.

The free parking, amenities and location comparing to what i paid was perfect!

I would have loved to have staff that speaks english. There were few people at the reception that were speaking decent english, and when i went to ask some direction for buses nobody knew how to guide me unfortunately.

well, only the low price makes it avoiding a 1 point rating... In general this was one of the biggest disappointments in my long travel history... what I liked? Only the location close to the beach and the only friendly person at this hotel - the female Bartender in the evening... yes, and the spacious parking area!

when you enter this building you get the impression that you will meet Fidel, Gorbi, Kim, and Nicolae immediately. The reception area has the charme of an old communistic town hall. Even the employees wear such an ugly, old uniform... well, but then - nobody is smiling. Nobody! And nobody talks English.Unfriendliness in perfection. Compared to my hotel at Golden beach it was a complete different world. The room was small, the bathroom even smaller. No space to turn around. At least the AC worked, and I had a balcony. The food is a disaster - if you manage to get it! Rude people all over, when I reserved my table, some of the staff member helped a guest to take my things away while I was quieing at the buffet... The guy at the garden area is sitting down to play with his handy instead of cleaning the tables. And the quality of food is very poor. Always the same, for breakfast not even butter... and one of the 2 coffee machines was out of order. The barmen are unfriendly and rude like everyone else here. I have never experienced such a bad hotel before...
