Location, close to the beach and main street.

We got a room on the 1st floor and it was impossible to sleep due to noises from the street and birds singing early in the morning. Breakfast was very simple, 1 croissant and some biscuits, couldnt find the kettle for the tea or plates to put a croissant onto. The host speaks no english and was difficult to communicate. When we booked a room it said that all fees and taxes are already included but we still were charged in cash for tourist tax on the arrival. No wifi signal, impossible to connect to it. No instructions on how to use a coffee machine and when we called for host, nobody came to assist, so we added a capsule and closed a machine for coffee, but apparently it hasnt been emptied before and broke for what we were charged in cash, which would have been avoided if machine was emptied or at least an instruction on where to check before using it.

Fresh breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable good value room!

Breakfast could have been better - one croissant each was provided, but it was still very tasty and within expectations. There was plenty of tea and coffee and juice.

Nice location and clean rooms.

Poor customer care: at breakfast, you pick up a bag with pastries left on a table and make your own coffee/tea. At check-in, it took time before someone showed up at the reception. At the checkout, no one showed up

Cosy room, amazing central location and helpful staff. Nice shower and coffee maker in the room, close to the beach, bus stop and supermarkets. Clean and good price.

Expected a bit bigger breakfast (only 1 crossaint per person) but a delicious one

Everything!! Lucia is a great and helpful host. it’s a family business at the best location in San Vito lo Capo: near to everything. The place is totally spotless: I stayed for 4 nights with my mother and they clean it every day. The whole house smells really well. Shower is good, bed is comfortable and it is offered a decent breakfast 🥞

Great location, close to beach and center. Fresh croissants for breakfast each day. Enjoyed are stay and the host was very nice and helpful!

First floor room with garden doesn’t have any windows, so can’t have fresh air during the night and no place to dry swimwear.

Clean and comfortable. Close to town centre and amenities.

Had difficulty getting the TV to work.
