De locatie was top, het ontbijt was ook erg uitgebreid (vleeswaren lagen wel ongekoeld op bordjes, vraag me af hoelang dat er soms al ligt) maar verder niets van gemerkt. Via een kleine 5 minuten (wel een klim) ben je in het dorpje Finale Ligure maar wij vonden de klim geen probleem! Het personeel was super lief en behulpzaam.
Was erg gehorig, als de nachtportier de tv aan had konden wij dat horen in de kamer. Kamer was ook wel aan vernieuwing toe, losse plintjes, badkamer beetje verouderd ..

Hotel is greatly situated for going down to beach and town. Hotel has a breakfast with wide variety of things to enjoy. Bike rooms are absolute fantastic!! Pool beautiful with a great room. Staff was great and did change our room upon a request.
As a light sleeper, a pair or ear plugs and noice cancelling earphones were rather handy.

Da migliorare gli aspetti "idraulici" : flusso acqua, regolazioni acqua calda e fredda, chiusura doccia etc..

Breakfast was absolutely incredible! Room was neat and tidy, bed comfortable and we had a little balcony to sit out on. The hotel has an amazing view from the pool area, pool was clean and really nice. Staff were so nice and friendly. The walk down to the beach/promenade area is a decent set of stairs, which was fine for us and we enjoyed the exercise. We walked from the station and for wheeling our suitcases, we used the road up the hill which doesn't have any stairs.
The room service was great but the floors seemed a little dusty even right after room service. I think that perhaps they forgot to vacuum our floor that time but it is such a minor detail for all the other great service they provided!

Amazing views and location close to the beach and town centre. The staff were went above and beyond for anything you would need. The room was comfortable with air con. I really enjoyed my stay.

Surroundings are beautiful. A lot of plants. It's also quiet there. The walk to the beach is short.
Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good, but nothing special.
The room was smaller than it looked in the pictures. The smallest hotel room I've ever had. The bed was uncomfortable and small. Like a camping bed. The wifi was so unstable it was almost useless. Our room had a small balcony but there was a noisy A/C fan directly on it.

Uncomfortable bed. No water or even glasses in the room. You could hear everything from the corridor outside. Cold coffee for breakfast.

We loved our stay here! Our room was a nice size with a balcony and nice and light. The breakfast buffet was superb, lots of choices, fresh produce and home made dishes. The pool and sun lounge area were really beautiful and perfect for relaxing with gorgeous views over the town and sea. There’s a staircase taking you to the beach and town in just a couple of minutes. The staff are lovely and helpful and give a warm welcome.
We missed being able to buy snacks like crisps and nuts at the bar, but this is a very minor point!

The hotel is in a great location with balcony in almost every room and a great breakfast selection. The best with this hotel is the extremely polite and helpful staff who helped make our stay very enjoyable.
The only thing that was a little bothersome was the sound of the traffic on the street outside but only noticeable at certain times.

SUPER friendly staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Breakfast selection was great and nice atmosphere all in all.
My bed was very hard and not at all comfortable, and the wifi was not really working in the rooms (only downstairs), but aside from that, this wasa really nice experience. Thanks alot!

The room was very small, quite outdated and noisy as it faced a road which got busy during the day. Hotel room walls were not soundproof. A shower curtain truly unhygenic.

We only stayed one night so we can't write much but we felt very welcomed by a courteous staff, had a quiet night in clean rooms and ate a wonderful breakfast. We'll come back!

The hotel has free parking, which is a great plus. Both the city center and the beaches can be reached on foot, altough the way back to the hotel is a bit steep. Helpful staff, good breakfast.
I opened the window in the evening to let in some fresh air, and I had to fight with aggressive mosquitos all night.

Warning!!! Bad water pipe problems at the hotel. High pitch and loud noise in the room. Noise was waking me up when I was sleeping. Its terrible even during the day when it starts. Hotel staff knew about this problem and STILL they offer you this room and without any compensation.
