The hotel is in Da'an - it's a quiet, beautiful neighbourhood. Absolutely loved this neighbourhood! Minutes away from two train stations (Da'an and Xinyi Anhe station), walking distance to a night market, lots of convenience stores. We can even walk to Taipei 101! Hotel staff were polite and warm! Kids amenities were provided - made us feel very welcomed! It was all in the details. Fantastic stay! We will definitely stay at Madison Taipei again. Highly recommended for families~

Poor breakfast. Boring, the same minimal selection every day. No vegetables. Expensive. Low value for money.

Friendly staff who is always ready to assist with queries. Spacious room with muted colour palette. TV allows sync with own device which is great if you want to play youtube from your mobile phone. Good housekeeping.

Bathroom design is not the most efficient as water will drip down the sink. The showerhead is mouldy so it should be changed. The automatic toilet means whenever you walk pass it, its lid keeps opening which is kinda silly. The pillows are huge but too soft.

Breakfast could be better.

I like to stay in this hotel. It's not small but it feels boutique. I love it. Clean, Modern, well located (for my purpose) and quite central for many people. It's a good choice, reasonably priced. Staff is courteous and professional.

Breakfast is not international enough in my opinion, but food is not bad.

Very nice room, helpful and friendly staff, convenient location if you don't mind a little walk.

Great stay, but the payment method spoilt the holiday at the end. When we arrived, we paid for the rooms in full on a visa debit card. When checking out, we were told to pay the fee for the rooms! The receptionist then explained they take the room fee at the beginning, then return it, then take it again at the end. But because it's a visa debit card, the returning will take 1 month! The result is we paid double price for the room, and will get 50% back in 1 month! It feels like we're being conned, and we now have to keep a close eye on our bank account for a month. Why make the process so unnecessarily complicated? Why not do the same as other hotels in Taipei and have customer pay at beginning, and then pay again at end for any extra during the stay? Otherwise, why did we have to put down a separate 6,000nt deposit? Very suspicious.
