Apartmán má super umístění v klidné části, parkovací místo u domu. Prostor dostatečný pro tři osoby, pračka, žehlička a veškerý komfort týkající se přípravy jídla včetně lednice...... Káva, čaj zdarma, minibar - alko i nealko nápoje za ceny jako v obchodě, připravené lístky na tramvaj, wifi. Byly jsme naprosto spokojené. Rolety na oknech, takže klidné spaní. V apartmánu bylo čisto. Ubytovatelka nám vyšla vstříc v našich požadavcích. Klíč byl předán formou schránky na klíče na kód což jsem ocenily, když jsme se vracely v různou dobu na ubytování. Důvěra v zákazníka :-) - buď za spotřebované necháte peníze v hotovosti nebo můžete pomocí QR kódu zaslat rovnou na účet - s tím už se dnes často nesetkáte.

Jedinou výtku mám ke skřínce pod umyvadlem, kde byla vrstva prachu, která znemožnila použití vysoušeče vlasů. Nebylo mi příjemné sahat na ten prach. Ocenila bych uzavřenou skříň na oblečení, neboť stojí v chodbě hned vedle dveří.

Líbil se mi pokoj, čistota, vybavení, wifi a parkovací místo - vše co si člověk na služební cestě může přát.

Umístění vedle vlakového kolejiště - průjezd vlaku mě vždy probudil.

The studio apartment was spacious, well equipt. Great location, easy to access by tram, close to the old city and local park

A cloth for the kitchen sink was missing. The floor tiles in the porch are a bit loose.

Everything was perfect for my week’s stay. The host, Renata, was very helpful and made my stay very comfortable. I’ve seen complaints about the noise of the trains, but it didn’t bother me at all.

Parking place was great, modern building in a central location. Near the tram line. All the amenities that you normally need are there.

As other reports, the train is really noisy. It was extremely hot in the apartment, I didn't find any way to control the heat. Air-conditioning did not work, make sure that you test this before the host leaves. Double bed was extremely hard, the extra bed was better. No sofa to sit on.

The place fully met expectations and even exceeded them. Modern furniture and care of details. Excellent position and good communication with the host. Suggested!

This apartment has a small kitchen but no breakfast was served by the host.

There is a small diesel train that passes right by the balcony a few times an hour. Bring good earplugs for sleeping. The balcony wiew is of train tracks.
