Large apartment steps from the Uffizzi Gallery. Great location, close to shopping and restaurants as well as major sites- The Duomo, Ponte Vecchio Bridge and museums. Only negative was the elevator didn’t work on last day and we had to carry our luggage down 4 flights of stairs.

Property boasts an excellent location. It was in the heart of Florence and made it easy for our group to come and go together or separately. Owner was very responsive to our requests. On the down side.. the apartment could use a refresh. Baseboards and flooring were dirty, walls quite dinged up. I understand we are in the heart of a big city.. it gets dirty easy.. but some baseboards were black. Kitchen was nicely updated but knives/utensils/cookware were showing there age. Showering with our large group (8) took some management for hot water. All in all it is a nice property with an elevator in the heart of everything that we all enjoyed . If it had been cleaner and better equipped it could and would have been outstanding.

We had an amazing experience at this property, and would highly recommend! 10 out of 10. The location could not be better - steps from Piazza della Signoria, close to Duomo, close to the Arno (Ponte Vecchio), close to the Uffizi... you're a quick walk to many major sights in Florence. Being on the 3rd floor, you're away from most of the street noise. The property is large and comfortable. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus a large living room (with dining table). The apartment was clean, with plenty of natural light. Beds were comfortable, and AC was strong (although some of the units were a bit loud). Our hosts were excellent! Giovanni, Kusum, and Roy were all very responsive and very helpful. Check-in, and check-out was all very smooth and easy. We had a great time here, would highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay here right in the heart of Florence, just steps away from Uffizi. The apartment is huge with 4 bedrooms, living area, and kitchen with a long main hallway. There is an elevator, which is tiny, but doable. Communication was excellent. Check in and out was a breeze. Fifteen minute walk from the train station. Would happily stay here again.

The apartment was exactly as described. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We loved the convenience of being able to quickly walk anywhere we needed to go. Giovanni was great about communicating everything prior to our arrival. For anyone with physical limitations, this apartment is on the fifth floor, which could be challenging. It's also right off a large plaza, which was convenient, but could also be noisy late at night. Overall, I would definitely recommend!

Location, location, location. You can look out your window and see the statue of David within Piazza della Signoria. Minutes walk to all major locations. Apartment has 4 bed rooms, very spacious. Only issue was that we were surprised to find we could not control the a/c at all, it is controlled by owner, which was difficult for me as I can not sleep when it is warm. Fortunately, most of the nights cooled down to make it comfortable enough to sleep. Bathrooms a little on the older side, but overall a great stay. I would certainly return.

Eight adults (4 couples) all family stayed here for three days. Everything we wanted to see was in easy walking distance and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The house was perfect just wish there was one more bathroom. The owner, Giovanni, was gracious when we had to change dates and was helpful with providing information and even ordered taxis for us for our trip to the airport The apartment had all that we needed. Highly recommend if you are wanting to stay in Florence in a convenient location.

The location is prefect to visit mostly all the main sites in Florence on foot. The view out or window of the piazza was amazing and really added to our stay. I would 100% recommend this apartment

Fabulous rental. Close to everything including train station. Great restaurants nearby. Apartment provided plenty of room for our entire group. Check in easy.

Location and accommodation was perfect, would recommend 100%, the apartment had plenty of room to accommodate 4 ladies all having our own bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The host staff was waiting for us upon our arrival and it was late in the evening. We had an excellent experience and stay, and look forward to returning.

This apartment was chosen for lication and size as there were 6 women who wanted their space!! Right out the door and 3-5 minute walk to everything!!! Love Florence, this is my 3rd trip, and would highly recommend this apartment for a small group!!!

The apartment was great it was in the perfect location near everything we wanted to see. I will definitely be staying there again my next trip to Florence. Gianni was great got back to me right away and answered any questions I might of had. I traveled with 5 other women. We were delighted! The apartment has old world charm. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. What was so wonderful is the location. Whenever we headed out, whether for an official tour or our own walking, everything seemed to end within a few blocks of our apartment. There are incredible places to have dinner, get wonderful sandwiches for lunch and coffee and pastries all within a few blocks. An ATM was just across the plaza. We opened our windows one evening and a couple on the street were singing opera! 2 of the women in our group are planning on bringing their husbands in the next year or two and staying in this apartment! And it is safe to drink the water! I recommend it highly.!!! And it has a washing machine!

This was my first time ever in a VRBO. It was a great experience. Myself and three friends (all over 60) rented this apartment for a girls trip. The location was excellent. Close to everything. The apartment was very spacious. We each had our own room. I would absolutely rent this property again. It was everything the reviews said and more. Thank you Gianni!

Great big space.. Kids love the extra space and rooms. Central location to everything you need to visit.... literally behind the Uffizi...and a few blocks to both the Duomo and Pitti palace. You can pretty much walk to the trainstation too...and we had little kids, it was no problem. So many great restaurants at your doorsteps....highend, casual, tourist traps, cafes, gelato...its all there. Grocery/mart to buy water is a few blocks out.... not super far, but not close either...maybe 10min walk. Best part is...you have an elevator!!! its probably at the 4th floor...so, you will be grateful that there is an elevator. (small) AC is very good as well.... it was able to keep up with the summer heat and every room has one. Washing machine but no dryer...but thats not a problem...in the heat, things dry pretty fast on the rack hanger. Kitchen is great too...well appointed and lots of space. They have netflix/internet tv to entertain the kids. Showers are on the small phonebooth size types...typical in a lot of european apartments....but if you are XXL...it might be tight. Host Nelani was very fast in communcation...download WhatsApp to talk to her while you are there...she will handle anything you need. She was great, friendly, speaks perfect English, accommodating and very easy to talk to! Check out was a breeze...

This apartment was perfect! It was well equipped, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The apartment was centrally located to the highlights in Florence and an easy walk to the train station. This was the perfect property for our family of 5. We loved that it gave us the proximity to the historic city center but also managed to be a quiet refuge. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family

This 4 bedroom apartment was beautiful and a living room made for a perfect space for our family to have time together and time to recover. The location is so central and within walking distance of all the major sites. Our host was responsive and hospitable. Fantastic place.

The A/C worked great - super important for summer in Italy!! And the elevator is a HUGE help with getting the luggage up and down as many people don’t realize that the 3rd floor in Italy would be the 4th floor in the US. The 4 bedroom apartment was great for our stay in Florence. The living room was a good gathering place for the group. The convenient location allowed us to stop for short breaks between visiting the sites of Florence. It also allowed us to leave our teenagers (18 & 19) on their own because of the ease of location and extra sets of keys.

We wanted to "live like a local" for this first trip to Italy. This apartment could not have been in a more perfect location. Great for people watching in the Piazza, with shops and restaurants right underneath our place. The living room was a great gathering place for the 7 of us, and we each had our own bed! Apartment was very updated, and had everything you need. Highly recommend

I recently spent 3-4 days at this property with family. 7 adults and 2 children. Absolutely loved it. When I say great location, I definitely mean it. And the house is super clean. Host is really responsive and awesome to work with.

The apartment was spacious and a wonderful place to return to at the end of the day. The beds were comfortable and the newly renovated kitchen and second bath were lovely. There is some street noise at night for those sleeping in the two front bedrooms, but definitely not a deal breaker. The location can’t be beat in the center of historic Florence. The person checking us in was easily available via text as our flight was delayed and he showed up to let us in within 5 minutes of our arrival. Gianni, the owner, also made himself available via text for any questions, including arranging our taxi to the airport when we requested his help. All and all a wonderful stay, highly recommended and we would love to stay there again.
